This is the worst Insurance company I have ever seen don't get policy from them if you don't want to experience the worst specially if you are in WA as they don't have office here so you have to deal by phone or email and they will keep you waiting waiting

Installed and it never showed in downloaded apps but wouldn't let me download again as it was already apparently downloaded! Good way to avoid pesky claims perhaps? Hmmmm...

It's not an app. It's a mobile version of the website so prepare to either memorise your customer number or whip out the card if you want to log in. Apps are supposed to be easy and convenient.

This app is good when I'm making claims and generally tracking usage of my extras. The only frustrating thing for me is that you can't login using email. I don't know my customer number by head and everytime I log in I have to look for it. It would be much easier if there was an option to choose either customer ID or email. I don't know if that will mess up the app functionality.

I couldn't log in using my online password which is < 8 chars. App requires password to be 8 or more chars but the website doesn't have the same limitation.

If I had to choose between other health funds on the basis of their app, I would choose NIB because their app is very easy to use and looks very aesthetically pleasing. Well done NIB. But you do need to work on the provider search. That white coat search needs to be ditched and brought into the app.

I have a policy so it makes sense to use the app so I can track usage and submit claims. But try to find a practitioner, a NIB endorsed practitioner - forget about it. When would i use this feature, when I'm unwell like right now. Can I find a doctor on your app, nope apparently there are none in my area. I live 3km from the CBD in Perth! This feature has never worked when I need it. Remove or fix it ffs, its been over a year and it still sux.

The app keeps on logging me out and saying "authorization failed" when I try to upload a photo to make a claim. So annoying.

Every time I enter new information such as direct debit account information or personal information, it does not let me save it. I.e. I clicked the edit button to enter direct debit information, then I clicked the 'go back' button after I enter my information cause there's no 'save' button anywhere. However it doesn't save anything I enter, when I clicked back to check whatever I entered theres always nothing there! Fix it ASAP

I have a Motorola MotoG and I installed this app and can't even log in. The screen is basically dead as far as touch is concerned. Not sure if it's the app or the phone ut I can log in to the NIB web site on the phone. Other apps work OK such as the bank but not this NIB version.
