Could not watch one match because it won't allow me to subscribe using my telstra account. Waste of time and money.

This app is below par and netball in Australia deserves better coverage than this. Fans should be able to watch games live and fast as has been advertised by Telstra. Disappointed that enthralling matches are constantly interrupred by buffering.

I paid $30 for the replays and now it's telling me I have to now pay $2.99 a week. What a money spinner Telstra. Very dissapointing. I'll just wait for them online I think....useless

The picture quality is terrible, it delays on live games and with a 4 hour wait time after each live game to watch the reply it's hard not to find out the scores!

I was paying for a subscription which doesn't end until 10th April. However, I received an email saying my subscription was cancelled. I didn't cancel it. Help???

Terrible app!!! Picture quality crap and cuts out all the time.

The app does not work and even Telstra technical help does not know how to make it work. I tried to get it on Telstra tv but the Telstra shop told me that there is no app on Telstra TV. If anyone knows how to get "Netball Live" please let me know.

Lots of buffering, NOT fast and certainly NOT data free for Telstra customers. Telstras answer, pay for a subscription - I don't think so....

Do not download its a waste of space! Cant even watch the games properly. Takes too long to buffer, pretty much a major pain in the ass!

Downloaded this app to watch live netball games. Does not work. Waste of time and money

I dont like the app because you have to pay to watch the games, its $2.90 for 1 week, $12 for 1 month or $29 for 1 year, i dont like that u have to pay

Can stream ok to my phone but unable to cast to my TV since the latest update.

love this app love being able to watch the netball live now I don't have to miss a match

Absolute rubbish. Can't stream live games & the quality of replays are terrible. We've gone from a quality all live games on foxtel to this crap where you can't watch the games live even if you are subscribed. Shame on you Netball Australia & Telstra you obviously don't care about the fans just about making money

Used to work when I paid for it. Then i got an email canceling my subscription this year as I should be able to use it for free as a telstra customer. Could not activate as whenever I open the app it asks me to choose the telsra customer option which brings up a white box with nothing in it. Telstra help are hopeless and couldnt get it to work either. Dont bother. Free to customers is a scam as we cannot use it.

Quality of live games is terrible and my full screen view never loads which makes it even harder to watch! Could do so much better. Not happy to have paid for this product.

Good....when it works and that is not very often. Freezes frequently and I have to come out of the game and go back in. Won't work on my android tablet with latest operating system marshmallow.

It is astonishing that a large company like Telstra can make an app worse every update. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! Unless you really enjoy rewarding incompetence.

Extremely disappointed. Takes longer to load than you get to see of play time. The app should be removed until it is sorted.

An absolute waste of time trying to stream the game. Constantly getting an error message. Obvious Telstra doesn't care about its customers. Time to look for a provider that lives up to its promises.

Spent money on a monthly subscription and can't even watch the games on replay.. What a waste of money.

Are you doing anything to actually improve this app?? There hasn't been an update in weeks and we are paying to watch LIVE netball. We certainly can't do that.

Paid $30 to watch a spinning netball trying to load a broadcast. Have watched one game in three weeks because nothing will stream. This is rubbish and a joke!

Sometimes very muddled to find what I want.

Love my netball thats why I luv this app, oh and I am not a telstra customer I'm with Vodafone so hope this doesn't affect it

Quality is terrible and even when I'm subscribed to live stream data free as a Telstra customer, I still get charged data!!! If I use my WiFi the quality is even worse and it just stops half way through. Terrible app, another example of Telstra at its finest.

Really disappointed. Even when I try to watch match replays its cuts out 1/2 way through and then I try to watch it again and I am "locked out" of watching that game. Not supporting netball fans who want to watch these games TELSTRA!!

Poor quality app not worth casting to HD TV which is the likely standard in many homes now. Wont be resubscribing if there isn't any improvement. Gone from watching every game live to this! Very disappointed!

It doesn't appear Telstra was prepared for the demand as the stream for the first non tv televised game between thunderbirds and fever was terrible. Not worth $30 per year yet. Lift your game (and resources) Telstra. Crap first outing of the new season.

I have installed the updated app, and now the app has not automatically carried over my subscription, when I attempt to restore all I get is an error message. This needs to be fix ASAP

I am a telstra mobile customer. And it wont work. Got all the stats coming up but will not let me watch live at all.

I downloaded this app to watch on my tablet 3 weeks ago. I can't even sign into it. It crashes everytime. So bloody disappointing and I have advised the app maker but no contact from anyone! It sucks!

Issues streaming the telstra exclusive game. Very frustrating during the game but even worse, missed the final 5 mins where the game turned. Not fun

I'm a Telstra customer and I can not watch the live games. This is very disappointing.

Like the new look and liking forward to following the season from the app if I can't get to the tv.

The updated app is tiny video on tablet? How u fix this?

I like the new look and find it easy to use.
