NAB Mobile Banking

Disables fingerprint with every update. I've lost track of the amount of times that I have had to disable then re- enable finger print login, it seems to be every time I need to use the app. Nab you need to review your app development and use some of your obscene profits to hire coders who know what they are doing.

Had my wallet stolen. This app let me quickly cancel my card and order a replacement. Card arrived 2 days later! Easy to activate a new card on the app. Very easy. Thanks NAB.

Nab pay lets me down everytime. Doesnt work.

Since this fast payment system a lot of my payments have been failing, I now have to log in on the computer to make payments for my rent and mortgage!

Great, except for the fact that the fingerprint scanner is pointless, I get asked for a password everytime I scan my fingerprint.

Wow. Just horrible since taking away the flik option. Will be moving my funds and business to The Commonwealth bank after 30 years of loyalty to nab, simply because nab has removed a VERY useful and intricate part of my daily internet banking regime.

I'm really confused by this PayID feature because it doesn't seem to exist on my app. I see reviews of this app below talking about it but it says this is for 'An older version of this app'. But how can that be since Google Play insists I have the latest app (version 8.25.0) which was last updated in early December and PayID only came out in late Jan early Feb? I've been able to setup PayID on my internet banking but this app still doesn't support it. What is up with that? Are you only releasing the update for certain phones? Is it not available on the Galaxy S8?

I am happy with the app itself though. Just activated the new PayID function. Every time It comes to chosing email, phone number etc, the page freezes. I am ending up restarting the phone (Nokia8). Disappointing on one hand, but I give credit, as this option of course is new and probably takes some time to really work smooth. I will give 5* when it works. Other than that, never had problems with the app itself. Edit: After I deinstalled and installed it agai, it worked after a few more trials. Thx NAB ????????

The app wants permission to access my contacts when I want to add PAYID as a payee. Why??? I should have the ability to type in the PAYID. The app team replied but as mentioned I cannot manually enter the number after denying permission to Contacts.

Why can't I access Statements on the app? That would be very beneficial. Push notifications only come up sometimes now for the same card - used to come up all the time. Settings are all on for push notifications too. Makes no sense.

I really like it but recently I can not transfer any money to other companies account like paying extra to mortgage payment. I do not know what is going on. It was working very well till last 2 weeks but suddenly stop working.

Have loved this app for years. Works really well for me. Payments, transfers, the lot. It will be interesting to see how it goes with the new Pay ID. Not sure why fingerprint scanning is enabled when it prompts me to input my password EVERY time, though. That IS a pain!

New app now allows NPP realtime payments to selected banks, but doesnt allow you to choose between a standard transfer and OSKO payment. I'm glad I have a secondary account with a different bank gives me a choice

This app can smell fear and desperation. It fails almost every time you really need it. I've forgotten my card! It's ok I can use the pay feature...... oh no I can't, it's logged me out of my card and I have to sign in again! Oh look! The app is experiencing a glitch and I'll have to try later. Need to quickly transfer money between Accounts? This app can help!..... oh no it can't, it's experienced another glitch! Not cool NAB. Not cool.

Since the latest update, I have been unable to use my fingerprint to activate my NFC wireless Nab Pay. I always get asked a passcode instead. Is there a workaround?

Anyone else having issues transfering funds from one bank to another? I always transfer money into another bank but after the update it keeps saying approved, then in the bank staments its reversed and rejected.

can't use PayID to pay. No option to enter PayID when you want to pay someone, asked to enter BSB and acc number. .... got a funny reply from Nab ***** Thanks for getting in touch, the NPP went live yesterday, and you’ll be able to make fast payments soon! ^NG ******* You can't call it "LIVE" if it's not working.

Average app, can't delete old billers so always run the risk of paying the wrong people, especially because you need to add a new biller everytime a new payment made even if it's a once off. Two stars as the app is better than NABs putrid mobile site

It baffles me why every single time I log in with fingerprint or make any transfer, pay a bill or do anything it makes me confirm the password again. Every single time. Surely a better user experience would be to do this once per session or on a random occasion or for odd behaviour but not every time.

Great app... Been using Chrome for banking on the go, but this app is next level. Add 'PayNow' and NFC functionality and all of a sudden you have a ligitmate challenger to EFTPOS and card systems. The future is here.

Support for Google Pay soon please. I am on Android P and I couldn't pay with NAB because the app has a bug with the new API or something. Stick to the standards Google Pay and Apple Pay pl0x

Finger scanner must pop up after openning the app not after pressing log in. (The point of finger print is avoiding extra click as well) For payment there isn't any finger scan and have to insert pin!!!

new login is OK. wish there was a link to message questions about your account within the app like hsbc does.

A little harder to establish, but very user friendly and works well with no offline delays and continual updates.

New update doesn't allow you to send payments to payids??

Keeps asking for my password every time I log in despite using fingerprint ID. So painful. Please resolve.

Doesnt allow to usr PIN. Always needs to enter password for login. Payid doesnt have all accounts listed.

If no internet is available ie OUT OF MOBILE coverage you cannot use NFC / NAB Pay, it won't even let you enter your pin. Hopefully NAB drop this and support Google Pay some time soon.

No Google Pay. Not going to make NAB my default payment app. Get with it NAB....Google created Android, not you

Latest update with Pay ID still doesn't let me pay anyone with Pay ID. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same

I installed this specifically so I could use Pay ID as instructed by the NAB website, but I can't enter the Pay ID (phone number) of my first payee. So far it is entirely useless.

Most stupidest decision was taking nab flik away . Pay ID is confusing and never works

The flik function no longer works.and the new PAY id. Useless.

The account balance that changes at the top of the screen is really confusing

Miss the 'Money tracker' feature that we have on the desktop version.
