NAB Now for Android
There is a massive issue with this app compared to for example the westpac version. When you download the app you have to register all your details and set everything up from scratch on that device. So if you want to have it on two different devices you have to go through that whole process and create a separate account on the other device which will have a separate transaction history that can only be accessed from that device. The first problem with that is that you dont have all your transaction history in one place and if the device fails you loose the transaction history. The other problem is that the app fails on regular basis and that means you have to uninstall it and go through the whole process of setting it up again and then you have lost all your transaction history because you cant log in and export from anywhere. I dont think that your account and transaction history should be relying on a device, I think you should be able to acces all your account info online and be able to keep the app on several of your devices linked to the same account just like you can with your regular internet banking. The other problem that i havent been able to resolve is that the credit card receipt wont attach to the emails so now i have to screen shot the receipt and attach it in the e-mail app which is annoying. I have called nab to complain, they said they will get back to me i the next couple of days..

App instantly crashes. Paying for a device but cannot use. Had worked fine before but all of a sudden has stopped. Not happy.
This was and still is an ongoing problem to date with emailing customer receipts using the nabnow app. Have confirmed with both QUEST and NAB - there is a fault with app. Emailing only works if you have have an iphone. If you have a samsung or any other android it WILL NOT work. To get around this for now is to take a screenshot of receipt and email it that way. It stopped working around sept/Oct 2016. Yet to be fixed.

Purchased portable EFT machine which needs this app. No feature for saving regular sales have to be put in every single time. No feature for regular client have to out in every single time. No feature for any company logo for profile. Only connects, takes cash and that's it.
The new "NAB Now" app crashes instantly upon attempting to open it, just like the previous "NAB" app did post last update! This is on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which has just received the latest Android OS FIRMWARE update. ALL my other apps work correctly!

This works perfectly every time! Simple to use and ability to instantly email a receipt to my customers. Customers are amazed when I hand them the terminal which prompts them through every step of the transaction.

Stupid nab been trying to install apps for a week and still can't if it don't download and install by Monday ill change banks for sue ill go back to my other bank at least I could do my banking then haven't been able to do nothing getting so angry

Yet to be fixed. **UPDATE : 14/7/2017 Have been to-ing and fro-ing with NAB Eftpos have been told EVERY month since initially logging complaint that issue with android would be fixed . In 2 1/2 months it will have been a year. I do not get calls with any update whatsoever unless I call NAB first. Nab are not prompt in returning calls and I have to call back a couple of times before I get empty responses: "issue has been escalated and they are looking into it". To date- NOTHING. HAS. CHANGED. For people running the app on Android (non iphone), check your emails when sending (don't assume they are being sent) and you'll find no transaction receipt is being attached to email. If this was an error that affected the whole NAB Eftpos network it would have been resolved within hours. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NAB. ----------------------------------------------------------- ---> UPDATE: 28/8/2017 App software upgrade has FINALLY addressed and resolved the issue for Android emailing receipts. Tested it and it now works. Hope it now stays fixed!!!!! Nearly 11 months to resolve/fix.
