Delete the whole app and start again from scratch cos there are so many things wrong with this app that its not actually worth fixing. Rather than telling everybody to call for technical assistance why dont you tell the guys answering the phones to use their technical expertise to fix the app so that people dont have to call them. Your rubbish and so is your app. Cheers.

needs a touch up, the app and the site, just terrible

Could do with a makeover to make it a lot more user friendly and good looking. It also logs me out despite asking the app to remember me.

Not even an icon to reset password

Sick of trying to use this app. Needs a complete revamp, outdated, can't add photos for the life of me, needs the categories updates to suit the online version... Do yourselves a favour and don't even bother until they fix it.

Generally with programming, the testing phase takes more time that initially writing the program. There has literally been NO attempt at all to fix the bugs in this program and the sloppy caching leaves the program lagging more that a simple program should..... in a nutshell, if you rotate your phone or hide the app temporarily the app will freeze. If you press you phones back button or anything the app doesnt intend you to press, the app becomes unusable... fix=redownload app every time... Joy

This app simply does not work.

You want us to fill this out and the thing won't even work i have to wait five hours until it opens even when I do get in to fill out a card you make one mistake and you have to start the hole thing over again

Takes forever to sign in, that's if u can sign in at all because it freezes 99% of the time. Then once your in it doesn't let u put hours to tasks, and this prevents u from going any further. Please fix!!!

Just freezes as soon as you log in then won't log in again. Useless like everything else gipps tafe want us to use.
