I relied on this application to do my banking since it was developed and now that I've upgraded my phone (samsung note 5) it has not worked, I have told the mutual tech team back in September and still nothing very dissapointing

The app is useful for quickly checking the available balance on your card before you use it and pushing money between linked accounts. I use it daily and it is convenient. The way that it functions is counter intuitive as it is card based and It is otherwise fairly limited in its capabilities compared to other banking apps as it is not a full banking suite but rather access to accounts on your card. I'd like to be able to see all my accounts on my membership in the future including loans in the app instead of inside the web based banking inside a window inside this app, the extra logging in is tedious. The pattern unlock for basic features is nice. The money transfer is tediously designed with large horizontal sliders instead of drop down boxes and the back arrow doesn't work which I find frustrating. I'd like to be able to Tap on the account and have that take me to the transfer dialogue, as it is it highlights but does nothing. The other features seem well designed but superfluous.

This is the most user friendly banking app I've ever used. It has revolutionized the way I do my banking.

At the moment I use it once then log off but if I want to return to it a few minutes later it comes up too many redirects and will not let me onto the internet banking. This problem.has only just happened in the last few weeks.
