Medical One

Started off ok but I can't submit the appt request as I can't access the submit button. This is if I can even log in. I have to reset the password every time. It sends me 3 identical emails to do this. It is clunky and counterintuitive. Maybe Medical One should put the money back into patient care by offering lower fees and bulk billing

Worked ok to start except you should choose your doctor or first avaliable to start with not last and then find out no appointments with your doctor that day. Latest to happen was asking me to sign in all the time, then not signing in at all and "forget password" doesnt work at all. Typing in information especially dates keeps throwing numbers out of place. Typing in email doubles the last character when you press the @ and typing next character and that charcter disappears. Had to reregister - what a pain as we have 9 people to add for family.

App does what it needs to well but can't figure out how to remove a family member once added which is quite annoying

Very convenient, i booked an appointment an hour before and it was booked within 5 mins...

getting the birthdate input correct took some time and is not intuitive. otherwise it seems to be good.

This app is basically useless. . Won't let you book appointments for more that 2 weeks, can't book an extended appointment, can't book in for acupuncture with my doctor. Can't see appointments that are booked at the medical one Centre... You should be able to select your medical centre and it should be part of your profile/account, also to login is a pain to find. Why not have a login on the home screen, makes more sense, but really what's the point to an app like this.
