Doesn't work. Location doesn't work. Some info os obscured at bottom of screen. A real dissapointment. But I'm not surprised coming from these clowns.

This app is abysmal. The login portal requires you to click back through a calendar, month-by-month to your date of birth i.e. it starts in January 2001 and you need to click through December 2000, November 2000, October 2000 etc. Until you reach your birthdate. Also, it did not show remaining balances of any Cover as it was advertised to do. One of the worst thought out interfaces I've ever experienced. Not sure how it could even pass for release into today's app market.

The year of birth can be selected by tapping on the year field right at the top during registration so you don't need to scroll through multiple calendar years. Unfortunately, I still couldn't register because it keeps popping up with unknown error after entering my details!

Like others have noted, the log in portal is painful. In order to put your date of birth you have to click back manually on an antiquated calendar. Why can't I just put my DOB in directly. I am going to need physio on my index finger just to log in...

Did they test this app before it's released. First my membership number has a letter on the end, it doesn't let you put letters in only number? Then to put your date of birth in I had to go through every month for 50 year to put my year of birth in. How do you get basic things wrong?

I find it outrageous that you have to cycle through month by month to get to your d.o.b. Aftee completing the registration process it said something messed up on your end? What a waste of time

It does not work to enter your date of birth you have to go back month by month which is a waste of time particularly if it is in the 30s or 40s.

I've never had a problem with this app at any time. I can see all my cover, waiting periods, all my claims, and when my premium is due. I think it's a great app. Stable. Logs in every time. I don't know how or why others have problems with it. Always been able to log in and navigate. Haven't tried to make a claim through the app, but I prefer to visit a store to do this anyway. Good work Medibank :)

Could not even get past login. Other users reported similar issue. It has been like that for more than 2 months, so no updates were rolled out to fix this issue. Getting tired of this.

Saw ad on tv about the ability to check my quota for my extra. Log into the app, only to not have that feature. Instead it gives a link to download pdf about my cover. Absolutely useless app. And false tv advertisement

After update to the latest version, I'm not able to log in to the app. Everytime I click on the username box, it will just redirect me back to the welcome screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem.

Cant use the app. Have downloaded it but it wont let me log in. It keeps telling me to check my log in details or connection. They are correct so it is a problem with the app, not me. It would have been gr8 if it worked but it doesnt.

It was great at the start but when I updated the app I can't log into it anymore as it redirects me to the start when I try to put my user email address.... I uninstalled it and reinstall it but it still won't let me log into it

Was able to log in (once I had an account registered with an email address). But despite a main navigation prompt to "Quickly view your extras and what's remaining" - there's is no such information available. All it gives me is a PDF copy of my Extras cover. Location searching works (the second time - the 1st time my device location wasn't found). All-in-all, pretty poor.

In the screen shot where it shows the lucky user viewing their extras limits.. well you can't actually do that with this mobile app. You can't do it on their website either. Probably the most important thing members care about and the last thing Medibank wants to out in their app. Use the web site for everything else, it's a lot easier.

The app does not work at all ! I go to sign in and it just takes me back to the start up page. As a member this really turns me off as now it makes it harder to put claims in and makes me want to find a better provider who actually has an app and website that works properly !

App used to be great but since new update only shows 2 previous providers and if providers have more than 4 services the drop down lust does not allow for scrolling through them so I can't actually make a claim as the service I received is not on the list. Please revert back to previous version of app

The home page and cover page does not fit on the screen. I can not access some of the tabs. I can not access my claims limit to identify you much coverage I have left. Previous versions were much better

Logging in process unclear, when eventually logged in it wouldn't let me select the simple log in option only the 'no thanks'. Tried setting it up via the 'me' section but no go. When trying to make a claim it would load a blank screen and you'd have to scroll up to see what was actually loaded. Not a great experience with the app so far, it would have been quicker for me to jump in the car and drive to a medibank branch.

Used to be OK but after recent update I cannot log in. Trying to type in the username field and all that happens is it just jumps back to previous welcome screen!!
