Use the app/service on a regular basis. Great service and commission for the developer when using the app is competitive. One suggestion to developer, please allow same day bookings as currently, bookings can only be made for the future. I think the above will benefit people with last minute emergencies etc.

Freezes constantly, map search function doesn't return a map, won't save date. Absolutely rubbish app.

Wont even open most of the time. Also i dont know if its the app or the users themselves but when i try to respond to someone who has requested i sit their dogs, I never hear anything back, and it's starting to get on my nerves. Either the other users are lazy time wasters or the mad paws service is completely useless

For some reason when I went in to put my DOB, it's default was the year 1901 and instead of making it simple to change it, I spent a good 5 minutes hitting the arrow through all the years to get to 1993. Only for it to not change and stick to the year 1901 (what?!). I also couldn't upload a photo. The instructions said there was a button on the left hand side to do so, the only button was the back button. It was also just a difficult app to navigate. Kind of disappointing.

The app is not too bad but it keeps saying it has stopped working and I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couplr of times and I still get a message saying that it has stopped

Great app. Great to meet people who love animals just as much as you do and will care for them while overseas!

Hello. Just wanted to let you know that filtering in the browsing tab doesn't work at the moment. Tapping on the various options and radio buttons doesn't invoke any actions.

Trying to set up my profile and already this app has crashed 3 times

Absolutely hopeless app. I have entered my details 5 times and it still doesn't work

Limited functionality. As a pet sitter user, I can't view the message or reply to the message. I can only approve or decline the booking enquiry. As a pet owner, the search function is ok. The website is buggier!

I have been a pet sitter for a long time, but the recent app update crashes non stop and won't let me communicate with pet owners. I have loved it up until I have started having these issues.

In newest update I can't even open the app. In the previous version there was no way of viewing profiles so still had to log on from a desktop.

Great service but buggy app, I often have trouble just opening the app with it constantly crashing and I am forced to go through the website instead.

This has potential to be great... however app will not save profile pics or info. Everytime i try to contact a sitter... my pet wont show up so u cannot complete trying to contact sitter. Very frustrating!!!

The app is so easy to use and has great functionalities and features. I can immediately contact sitters and receive all replies directly on my mobile! No need to check my email or login to the website anymore! I definitely recommend this app to all Mad Paws members.

You need to fix simple stuff like the profile picture cropper skrinks to like 30x30 if you drag it bigger than the picture to be cropped, also vary buggy with updating pet images aswell as profile.

I just downloaded this app and it won't open at all! It just said app has stopped and closes. Pathetic
