I missed my shift because it never updates the roster on time, every few weeks i have uninstall the app and put it back on- it says im not registered. Please fix this. Its hard to give this app even a single star
Guys come on. I've been using this app since it came out and every few weeks I need to Uninstall it because I'm 'not registered on this device' but when I reinstall it it says I am 'already registered.' I've sent an email to report the problems and clearly everyone other person has this same issue. So maybe if you focus on improving the apps stability rather than increasing characters to 1500 you'd have a better rating and happy workers.
Why haven't you guys fixed this yet, 3 months and still cant register when i know its worked before and that i still work there. Sooooo many negative comments and nothing being done about it. Whoever manages and maintenence this app are so lazy. You guys should be so ashamed of yourselves, loads of people have missed their shift because of this you creating this half ass app. Instead of creating 1500 characters in the feedback box why don't ya focus on something that would actually help the app. . . .
I am so over this app keeps telling me I'm not registered and when i put in birthdate it says its incorrect. Very frustrating especially when you need to check rosters.
Not great at all especially having install and unstall the app only having reinstall it and still doesn't work lol. 1 star I'd rather give it none .
Incorrect holidays (this would lead to fines if i gave centrelink incorrect pay details), shifts dont update, often doesnt add a shift when i should have one, and regularly wont log me in. Only got it because employer said i should, but im not gona use it because it wont give correct details.
The app doesn't let me log in after a few weeks (deleting the app and reinstalling let's it work for a few weeks, but then it doenst work again) and isn't consistent with updating my shifts
Tells me I'm not registered with this device.. I am the only person who uses my phone and no one accesses my kmart app except me so saying someone else is trying to accessing it if just a fob off for a bad app, considering ur a multi million dollar company and u insist all staff must use this app why don't u just employ someone to fix it properly instead of blaming us
I cannot login as it will not allow me to scroll on birth date to confirm registration. So so annoying
Constantly need to reinstall just to access the app, which intermittently (or even straight after having just logged in) returns, 'You are not registered with this device'. Has been like this for thirteen months now. I'm also only registered in one device.
My niece purchase a canopy 12 x 12 and a camping chair For my B-DAY. 8/13/16 we had a bad rain storm at night and collapsed the canopy and broke the chair. Have dated photos of disaster. Being blind I can't drive I have to ask people. Manager said this was the 46th only have a 45-day policy. I showed the pictures dated 8 / 13/16. Doesn't matter she said. I should have brought the receipt in sooner? If I could have I would have. Still nasty , condescending.No no" 0 consideration. Please help. R Hayes.
App keeps saying I am not registered, I need to uninstal, reinstall and re-register for it to tell me I am already registered before it will let me log in...
No roster updates have occurred for 3 or 4 weeks now - it didn't have last weeks roster up at all, and doesn't show this week's shifts or any upcoming shifts. Since the roster is the only useful aspect of the app, it's currently completely useless to me.
Cant register as the app will not let me choose my month of birth. I try to choose December and it keeps flicking back up to November. How am I supposed to use this app if I cant even get into it? And yes this is the only device it is on and I am the only one who uses it so please dont respond with that generic reply you seem to be giving everyone else
The guy at liquorland just said I can't use the discount card on my phone as it's against terms and conditions. Why is there a section for it then? Also regularly tells me I'm not registered and I have to go through the whole process again, then it tells me I'm already registered and to sign in.
Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall due to a common error in which the app says my device is not registered. Otherwise great app!
Log on and set up was fine for me, but the interface seems a bit clunky to me plus shifts aren't always showing up or reflecting changes but other than that it does the job. Maybe one day we'll move on from paper payslips as well!
Repeatedly telling me I am "not registered with this device". The iPad one just as bad, the QR code for it now directs you to the managers conference app they used in Vegas.
When it works. It is wonderful. Otherwise it will tell me that i am not registered and i have to uninstall and reinstall. This happens more often than not
It is a great idea but very unreliable. They are some big bugs on here at the moment which makes it basically unusable.
States phone not registered have to reinstall all the time and its now locked me out. Shifts don't appear very poor app
The only problem I have is that it tells me I'm not registered to this device after I have being using it for a few weeks. This is happening to alot of people and should be fixed. Other than that it works how its supposed to.
I have to reinstall every so oftentimes because the whole thing bugs out and tells me im not registered, this has me missing shifts and is very irritating.
With a bit of help from Australia IT many is not all buggs are fixed but now it's done it again - I am still a little optimistic now..
Always tells me I'm not registered on this device and i have to reinstall and since it's linked to my calendar it duplicates my shifts and sends me a million notifications
Its pretty dodgy, gotta keep reinstalling because it says im not registered on this device. Could be better.
Its alright but i need to keep re installing because it says im not registered on this device every few weeks. Also most of the features other than checking shifts are pretty useless.
Either i have no shifts for the last month because they are cheap asses or i miss shifts due to roster not updating and not receiving phone calls.
Almost EVERY TIME I try to log in to check my roster, it tells me my device is not registered. Therefore I reinstall it and it works.... derr

I can't put my birthday which is in December. When I scroll to December, it rolls back to November. Fix this please!

THIS APP IS THE WORST APP EVER FIX THE ISSUE IM HAVING PLEASE Well my phone hasn't changed since I got the app the first time and this is the third time I've had to redownload and fix it keeping in mind I only use one phone so unless someone is logging in as me then there's a problem.

It's so annoying. Every few weeks I need to reinstall the app as it tells me I'm not registered. It doesn't tell me all my shifts, it's always playing up. I only have the app because everyone in the work place got asked to download it. It really needs to be fixed.
