Doesnt work most of the time.

You finally updated this app after all this time. Hopefully it works on Android O cause I really don't want to wait another two years for an update lol. App generally functions well now, although there are still some hiccups. Fix those bugs and I'll give five stars!

I rated it 1 star before, but they have updated the app and now it works perfectly so 5 stars! I can find fuel, check weather, and it hasn't crashed once!

New version works on Galaxy s7. Graphics looks better. But user interface needs improvement. App seems to use a lot of battery.

About time you updated it. Why can't we get the full suite in Australia?

Once my Android phone was updated to the latest version, Enform stopped working. Lexus Australia know it is an issue but have so far failed to do anything about it - very poor way to treat their paying customers. Customer Service can't even give an appropriate date for upgrading it.

Don't bother, Lexus is not a future friendly brand. This app is for AU only. We don't get the genuine Lexus app which is a shame because this one is complete garbage. Although I'm seeing similar reviews on the genuine Lexus app as well. It does nothing but crash. Any time you try to add a destination, it locks up and crashes. Any time you try to enter Pandora information it locks up and crashes. Any time you try to access anything in the app it locks up and crashes. Any time the car asks you to launch the Enform app, the app locks up and crashes. I'm not sure it actually does anything at all to be honest. Might just be a fake shell to make us 'think' they cared enough to build an app.

App looks like it's from 1999. Has very limited functionality. For some reason, you can't even put in an address when you are connected to the car via Bluetooth. It looks even worse when compared to modern alternatives such as Android auto and apple car play. Lexus is still years behind other manufacturers when it comes to their car navigation and infotainment systems.

Intelematics call it 'Connected Mobility' on their website, and claim they're with us all the way. Upgrade your phone to Android 7.0 and what was already a poor performing app becomes useless junkware & has been for months.

Car keeps saying please open enform app on phone even though app says it's connected . Nougat and pixel phones have been for some time now so don't buy New phone or take the upgrade to Android as it will stop talking to car

I have owned Lexus cars for over 10 years now & mechanically they are superb. Tech however is extremely lacking & this app is way below current expectations I have uninstalled it again.

Since my phone is updated to Android 7.0, it stopped working. It will still connect but any option I select on the car just keep saying "please launch Lexus enform app on the phone" and the app is actully running on the phone.

Needs urgent attention to work with latest android variant as everyone has been starting since early 2017. Please fix this issue Lexus.

Stopped working with nougat 7. Desperately needs a refresh and update.

Hasnt been working in months. Its the little things like this that make one want to buy a mercedes. Poor form Lexus.

Not a good app...difficult to use, cannot find locations, not intuitive, poor performace of app very clunky.

Stopped working when I updated to lollypop. Re installed app but no go

App works OK, however running on KitKat 4.4.4 the app does not close down properly. Stays in background and has to be force closed. Mildly annoying.

works really well on my new 1S300 h. Simple and easy to use.
