When I try to sign up it says the mobile is already is use, which isn't possible. I can't make any bookings without first having an account... So the app is useless. Office is shut for 2 weeks over Christmas with no one even working on call so can't be fixed. Needs more work

I have booked three times and every time doctor sees you on first come first serve. I had to wait 45 mins every time. No point booking an appointment if doctor isn't going to see you on time. Utterly useless.

Dislike not being able to see all available appointment times for any date- only shows earliest available. I often need to plan appointments around school pickups so would prefer to see all available times.

I used to love the app til I updated it...now it won't load anything it keeps saying error code 502??? Not good when u have a sick screaming child and can't book an appt

Would not let me register, since my mobile is registered with the practice! No workaround given, clunky user interface..

I have used this app for as long as it has been available without any problem then about 3 months ago Windale Medical Centre disappeared and isn't coming up anymore.

Love this app. Dont have to ring in just book it online and when I get there I never have to wait for more than 15minutes. Love it

Greater to use. It is a lot easier than calling to make appointments. I can see what days and times are available and don't have to be on hold while they deal with other patients.

Does not work. Cannot create an account. Will not send the 5 digit verification code to my phone.

No Good For Me as it hasnt got my doctors medical centre....how can it be added ?????

As above .Worth Double checking by ringing doctor / medical centre. But all in all works V.Well.

App OK now I can reset my password works well.

Works well, shows all appointments available and sends a confirmation email.

Good apt saves a lot of time.

I love this app and always use it. Even my parents call to ask me to book them in as well. BUT can you please make entering the date of birth easier? I often make appointments for my husband and sometimes my parents and having to scroll through almost 80 years to get to their birthdate is ridiculous. Isn't there an easier way to do this? My arm about falls off scrolling back the years...

Really like this app, very user friendly. Had one appointment that wasn't placed, but not sure if that was user error - be sure to look for the confirmation email.

I signed up to the app and after a while I was logged out. When tried to logged my password was incorrect so I asked for a new password through the "reset my password" option but didn't receive the link at all. I tried several times even checked my spams and archive, nothing. Then contacted the technical stuff a lady double checked my details and sent me the instruction and the even the link but nothing. It was strange I received her emails but not the reset link!! They didn't manage to help me and left it.

I just installed this app on my phone thinking it would be better to use for doctor appointments. But after looking around the app and setting up an account I couldn't put my right Date of Birth in the only dates i could use are for July 2016. So I'm now going to uninstall the app and when you guys have fixed the D.O.B part then I'll consider re-installing the app.

Found my dr np, would be nice to search by area and to be able to save our regular gp instead of having to search each time. Great idea but needs more functions to be truly useful.

Just commercial. Many gp around only list the one that charge you commercial price. Another one is 50km far away. Where are all other bulkbilling medical centre? Better if you google and call them. Better results.

Can't access account after phone reset, cant reset password to access. Refuses to accept my phone number anymore when I attempt to make a new log in account. This is a common issue, why Is there no way to reset a missing password?

Great concept, but the majority of appointments I book are for family. No feature to book others in the app so I can only use in 25% of interactions with clinic. Hopefully feature will be added soon.

Great idea. I'm always put on hold for ages when I call my doctor so this is great. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am looking for a new doctor and was really hoping it would have info regarding what the doctor specialises in (dietitian, dermatologist, etc..) or what the medical center offers

It's ok, but only lets you book and appointment on the current day, unless I'm missing something. 2.5 stars, will 5 star it once this is addressed. Great concept but with average implementation.

I like the app but why do you need access to read and delete my media files? Uninstalling.

It's frustrating to get the correct times but find it useful

Great app but no password recovery? and no support to report it to?

Is good when it works. Keeps saying that I have said that I am not a new patient but the reason for my appointment is a new patient item. I am selecting standard consultation not new patient consultation and it won't work.
