Great app, easy to use once set up. Only issue is that the time you select appears to be one hour earlier when confirmed by the clinic. E.g I selected an 9:30am appointment and the email I received told me I had an 8:30am appointment. Other than that the app is really awesome, clean design and user friendly.

Easy location of praxis and doctors, but initial setting up is not smooth: needed to get 3 set-up codes; first time putting an appnt in did not really make the booking, but second time through was ok. As an other reader suggested, linking in with calendar would be really useful. Biggest and wierdest problem was setting my initial account details where I had to provide my DOB by scrolling backwards (month-by-month) from today - ridiculous as (practically) no-one is born today.

I did love it... but somethimg happened and now its coming up with server errors and I cant use any of ot@ :( trialed uninstall and reinstall and it just didnt work. Was the best app ever... now its crap. Please fix it

The app works exactly as described and I was able to put through a booking request at my local clinic. However I did have to call and check with the clinic to confirm the appointment had gone through.

After trying another app for my previous Dr's surgery, where you couldn't choose which Dr you wanted to see/ make an appointment with, I find this to be extremely worthwhile. Great job guys. Only one problem. Having to wait until the confirmation email comes through and not being able to just put it straight into daily planner. Also, if we had access to syncing with our online calendar, it would be pure perfection!!!

Used it today i can make a appointment but the system fails to send it to the doctor's office so the doctor's office has no idea i booked it pretty useless for doctors office to have and useless for users

Terrible - date of birth is ridiculous especially when have the dd/mm/yyyy format you have to scroll year first for this year. Site will not back to previous screen - have to start all over again. Many flaws. Last night made an appointment because surgery closed put as pending - doctors opened at 7am still pending went to past my 8.40 am appointment still pending and only now have they put on my Hot.Doc account - overdue - contact to reschedule and NO EMAIL as they promise to confirm. This is not good enough when you are in pain and relying on it to make an appointment. Have previously used Health Engine and NEVER had any problem.

Good app fairly easy to use the only thing is when I try to make an appointment for my daughter it doesn't give me the option anymore like it used to so it can be for her but it's booked in my name. Would be great if you could add your children to your profile so that a booking can be put under their name

Have created an account. Trying to loggin to make an appointment yet constantly being reminded that my email address wasn't registered. Hopeless. ---------------------update------------------------------------- regostered again with my friend's phone and booked an appointment with doctor. Two days later I found that the appointment had disappeared with no notification. Sigh...

Works very well for me & also I assume for my Doctor. However, now whenever i get a confirmation notice it asks if I have GP4ME app, (also by Hotdoc). Is one better or preferred over the other?

This a great app. I would rate it 5 stars if it synced with Google Calendar and logged my appointment. I have other apps that can do this. Keep up the good work

There is no-where you can save your clinic or doctor preference. I chose but NO save button.... :(

your DOB calendar opened in July 2016 and i was born 1951. It wouldn't let me choose the year. It would only let me side scroll through the months and there was no way I was going to scroll through 781 pages to register for your app. Sorry, I would have liked to but I can't be bothered. Have read all the other complaints in "Most Recent" ratings and now I seriously can't be bothered. Uninstalling!

I can't choose the date of birth the year only when i try to book an appointment please fix i use samsung 7 edge

Have used this app for ages and generally good. Yesterday I arrived for my 8.30am appointment-confirmed by email. On waiting for 30 minutes I enquired about the lateness of Dr only to discover their records had my appointment at 9.30am. Not happy at all as I had a different appointment at that time.

Tried to book for 12/4.. Goes thru to end and says your are booked for 13/4. Hmm tried booking for 13/4 says booked for 14/4. They have added a day for April fool I think.

The app allowed me to book an appointment, but it came up with a repeated error when I tried to cancel the appointment.

Organized an appointment for the next day using the app. Waited two hours for confirmation with no result. Called the clinic and was told someone else had that appointment and there was no more available for that day. Better to just call.

Easy to browse. Opened the app and within a few minutes had booked an appointment that was only an hour away.

Made an appointment & received no confirmation that it was booked. Next time I went into the app it said I had no upcoming appointments. I later get a call from the medical centre saying I missed my appointment & will be billed. Maybe I should forward the bill to Hot Doc? Not happy.

Really love it! however sometimes you dont get booked confirmation..??

I have forgotten my password and there is no option to reset it. I will have to uninstall if I can't use it. Can anyone advise on the fix?

Like others my password isn't working and can't request new password etc. Please fix.

Simple application. Continue to to use. UX is a little unclear for adding a preferred doctor and clinic. I should be able to do this when searching clinics/doctors rather than from within settings. Perhaps with a 'favourite' button.

Great app. Use it all the time to book appointments. Quick&easy at any time. I have however forgotten my password & cant find anywhere on how to retrieve it. Can anyone help? Thanks

Just made an appointment while watching TV & confirmed in 5 minutes by email - so convenient

It won't send me a confirmation text. And no option to reset a password.
