NO PASSWORD RECOVERY within the app. 6 months later and still no pw recovery. Also app now crashes on confirm appt. Also it's counterpart HOTDOC has the same problems.. Latest error..adds 1 day to booking. Watch the final date.

Signs all over my medical practice, unfortunately, they aren't even on the list. You can't even search by Dr's name. Disappointing

Living in rural area this app allows me to see my doctors calender and make an appointment at a day and time instantly without having to discuss and debate with receptionist on phone

A wonderful application especially when you can't get on to the phone. Or if you need to make an appointment after the office is closed. Excellent service.

This ap started working but since last update ot constantly says there are no doctors at my preferred clinic, so unable to make a booking. Need to roll back update.

I have experienced twice were I choose an appointment 3 days in advance and wait for it to be approved till the last minute. I had to call the medical centre to check if the appointment has been approved as I was not getting any confirmation. They said no appointment is made under my name so I had to make a new appointment via phone. So I would not recommended for people to make any appointments via this app.

There are big signs all over my medical centre advertising the Healthscope app for Dural Medical Centre and yet the centre doesn't exist in the app. When I asked at Reception they said it's a problem that dates back over 5 weeks. They've requested it be fixed a number of times to no avail. Epic fail!

An app that is easy to use. I love it as it means I don't have to call busy medical centres and talk to a (most of the time) rude Receptionist. I can make an appointment in my own time without getting anxiety about disturbing the Receptionists day!

Trying to put my Dr name in or book in the future but all that comes up what is available today

I get as far as confirming my booking then an error pops up. This issue has been there for months with no end in sight of a fix. Medical centre is aware of this disfunctional ap.

Works nicely again. Backing out of the app after making an appointment needs work.

When I originally downloaded this it was great, booking an app't was a breeze. Over the last couple of days though, the app crashes when I try to confirm an app't I'm trying to create.

Whenever I book my 3yr of son in for appt it asks for his date of birth but when I go to the dr the booking is always for a different person with same name but 45yrs older. Why ask for Date of birth when doesn't use it.

How come it doesnt have all the doctors for the clinic? My doctor is not listed

An error message keeps popping up saying "too many redirects". It won't let me find a doctor or sign up.

NO PASSWORD RECOVERY within the app. Don't lose/forget you're password. And you can't create the same, as you already exist. And the clinic cannot assist. No contact numbers on app. Browsing for Healthscope just leads to their stock IPO.
