Your call centre told me today to use the app to claim as it will be quicker. Yet every time I try to log in it keeps telling me to check my connection. Considering I'm using WiFi I don't think the problem is from my end. Have no problems with any other app

Why do I need to log in every time. Set the ability to use a pin at least or even finger print. Basic function in app is minimal at best. Uninstalling until better updates are released.

The app keeps failing to load photos for claims which is the only reason I use the app. I have tried to delete and reinstall which worked for the next 2 reciepts but has now stopped working again. Great app when it works though...

Why the hell would you take a perfectly clear image and turn it into an undecipherable image which you will not accept. 5 bloody times this has happened seriously fix your bloody app

Could be better. Not up with modern times. I've not been able to claim yet. BUT an improvement would be to accept pdf receipts. My providers email me my receipts (this is what happens now and is becoming popular. Makes sense. Cheaper, quicker, environmentally friendly) This app does not allow you to attach receipts. Only take photos. Which means printing, then take a photo. Not very efficient. Something to consider on your next update? App could do with improvement. Contact me for positive criticism and feedback.

I am unhappy with app. Picture quality is very poor.. The few claims i did with the app half were not able to be processed due to poor skilled workers not being abel to decipher invoices correctly. I find i have to go to the shop which is 20 min drive to the shopping center plus finding parking meaning at least an hour of my timeto get my bills done efficiently . and which sometimes means i need to wait half a year for the money till i get there. Would be helpful if we can attach a photo or pdf instead of scanning and if workers could have more successful processing of claims

"How can we save some money?" "I've got it. Let's make it so that even when the user is on wifi they run into a 'technical issue' when uploading a claim photo. Can't reimburse if people can't file claims!" Seriously fix your crappapp

"Make a Claim" function is unpredictable.

Useless app. Reduces quality of photos of recruits to the point the content is unreadable and my claims are denied. HCF also has no option to submit claims via of using scanned receipts so I'm stuck trying to use this app.

Okay for claiming paper receipts/invoices but the inability to upload a pdf (or any electronic receipt) is just gobsmackingly appalling in this day and age. My doctor emails her receipts to me. I have to take this pdf, print it out, and take a photo of the printout. Seriously HCF - WTF?!?!

Useful app have claimed many times mostly without issue.One useful function and addition to your app would be to also be able to attach photos or files recieved from providers such as paid invoices recieved by email.

This app is terrible. Every claim I have submitted has been rejected due to poor photo quality. It's not my fault the app can't take photos! And instead of just communicating online they send you copies of everything and a letter about every page that failed. Using the app wastes 10x more paper and time than snail mail. Every claim I faced made I have to call them and explain to them how to read the receipt. It is ridiculous that the only way to claim is to find a printer and take a photo. I have a perfectly good PDF invoice, why can't I use that!? Most people don't have printers in 2017! Also, it lacks a lot of useful features, like showing your claims history.

Guys, your telephone call centre says use the app to change payment details and were particularly rude. I then waste my valuable time doing so only to see that this feature doesn't exist! Not only that but I can't check my limits as others have noted. I left AHM to move across, and I'm paying a higher premium with less service.

I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app every time I want to make a new online claim because if I don't it throws me to the manual claim and doesn't allow me the option to upload receipts etc.

Half the time i can't open it and when I can although I can clearly read the details on the photo conversion on my phone I get a letter saying they couldn't read it.

As an ICT professional, this app is a perfect example of technology being used to improve the admin process. Saves me time and probably helps HCF automate the claims process. Great work!
