Foxtel Kids

I have tried several times to create an account using my Smart Card number but when I press the 'verify my account' button it does absolutely nothing, so now I can't even log in to use the account. I tried on both the Foxtel and Foxtel kids apps & neither will work. Very disappointing.

Not a good app if you want to download shows as it takes too much space, can't even transfer app onto micro SD card nor can I download shows alone on SD card. I downloaded app thinking I could download shows for my kids for the up coming Christmas road trip. Not everyone has massive internal storage on their device. Looks like it's going to be Netflix that's going to entertain my kids.

Its REALLY BAD i can't get in the app . I try then it says no internet connection. NEVER CAN GET IN , please fix this Srry but i hate this and if u say i have no wifi your wrong i do

I HATE IT EVERYTIME I SIGN IN WIT MY EMAIL IT ALWAYS SAYS ERROR AND IF U SKIP WELL THERE SHOULDNT EVEN BE A SKIP BOTTON BECAUSE IF YOU SKIP YOU CANT WATCH ANYTHING ANTWAY!!!!!!

does not work on android tv, ask me for a newer version that does not exist

It never said oh also pay up or no shows go on YouTube and it is soon much easier to just YouTube it for free

Uninstalled and reinstalled app about 4 times and still won't let me download keeps coming up with download error SE7017. Plays up occasionally using WiFi the only time my kids can really watch anything is using data

Unstable and crashes, some times says no internet connection while my device is connected to the internet. You cant choose downloads folder.

Literally wont allow me to verify my acciunt. The button does not work

Bought a new Onda v891w tablet (with android 5.1) specifically for using the foxtel app and kids app. Even upgraded my foxtel package to kids just for the app. After waiting 2+ weeks for the post, got my brand new, unrooted tablet today, pulled it out of the box and neither the kids app or foxtel app work. Both say they will not work within rooted or jail broken devices - ummm, mine is not!!! Fix this flipping app!!! So not happy

The app worked fine until the kids went to login again then it creates a new device registration every time so after 3 days with 2 kids using their tablets they can no longer login due to only one change of device and needing to create a new device registration every time they login

Disappointed with the update! Before the update you could still watch your downloaded episodes without internet. Now the app only works with internet connection. Will be removing our upgrade to the kids package now as this is now useless to us!!

PLEASE REPLY. I REALLY DON'T LIKE IT BECAUSE IT DOESN'T LET YOU WATCH ANYTHING. I got this so my 2 year old brother could watch some of his favorite shows but you can't watch anything i you can't login.

I hate this I have foxtel but I don't have the go box why can't it be there for everyone

now my kids cant watch it without wifi... it was workung fine now its just as good as sitting home watching it on tv. who has enough wifi on the go to watch shows that cost to stream. make the watch in downloads work again please....... that was useful. now its not.!!!!!!!!

It shoud not have a password or a username why cant people just watch the channels and episode's

When it works, it's great, but after the welcome animation it closes down automatically. Has happened so many times - incredibly frustrating.

Extremely frustrating to work. Would be nice if it worked properly. Love being able to download episodes and everything when it works to save my data while out with the kids!

This app is useless i up graded to kids package so we could have this for when when out but you can not download anything so will be cancelling the package as its not worth paying $10 when Netflix is better for downloading

Has anyone managed to get a pin that works? Like others have had issues with the pin, wont accept email address? Have been in contact with foxtel twice, still hasnt been resolved?

Full of bugs. Concept is good if it works. I replaced my phone two months ago and it still won't allow me to login on the new phone keeps saying I reached my device limit for the month and won't allow me to deregister my old handset even after I uninstalled and reinstalled. Please fix.

Wont even work, asks for a pin which i dont know. Called foxtel support who sent an email to someone who has something to do with the app and still no answer after about 36 hrs

Stupid app will no longer open have forced close, cleared cache and uninstalled and re installed and still nothing

It won't work I downloaded to my daughter's app worked fine did my son's and it won't go past the kids sign not happy at all please fix the bugs fix it please or I will end my contract I will take my business else where

My daughter love watching tv shows on the app and download the shower to watch it the car or when we go out it worked fine for couple of months and now IT WANT OPEN I WOULD LIKE IT TO GET FIX ????

It was bad because when it finished doing the thing were the kids eats every letter it just gets out of the app

Every time I open the app it says invalid device or invalid login details but it still ends up letting me in. Have not once been able to download anything using 2 different WiFi locations with high speed and unlimited data even though settings are for WiFi - will only download successfully using my own data.

Only downloaded less than a week ago and my son has used it 3 times since but now it won't open! I have done a virus scan and even restarted the tab several times...what's going on Fox? Please fix this ASAP.

I keep trying to download shows and it asks for a PIN of which I don't know what that is. When I try to reset it, it tells me is failed. Please help!!
