Endeavour Energy outage app

Doesn't work. Doesn't update. Planned maintenance on my street went 1.5 hours past due time and not a single notification advising changed time

Typical endeavour energy. Installed and it won't even open. "Failed to fetch necessary data. Please check your connection." My connection works well enough to download the app. Get your s*!t together EE.

Tried to access a Web address that I have black listed that is known to be a place where user information is leaked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

keeps saying "Failed to download data. check your network connection." My connection is fine for everything else!

Rubbish. Wouldn't open. Failed to gather data even though WiFi connected.

It keeps telling me failed to fetch data.

Doesn't work just use direct website total zeto

Notifications are good. However, once read they still keep showing up in the notification bar. Update: Drains battery way too much. Fix that.

Useless Doesn't even load on Samsung galaxy

Kept saying unable to connect to the Internet.

Complains about data fetching but all other apps work fine on this phone.

Uses to much data. I'm over again this month with my data limit. Will be uninstalling now.

Opened once and won't open again complains about no internet yet totally have a connection

This app is one of the worst i carnt even open it seems to tell me to check my internet pfft

Doesn't show any information. There's an outage in my area, affecting multiple suburbs, the info is on the website but not in the app. What's the point of an app if you just have to go to the website anyway.

Unplanned outages appear on the website a long time before they show up on this app. Kind of defeats the purpose of an outages app.

This app would be good except you can not see what happened. How frustrating. I have had two blackouts in the past week. During the blackout it shows it in real time an give an estimated restore time .. Great!! The cause says "under investigation" .. Expected-it takes time to find the cause an fix it. When it is fixed then it says "no outage" for my area. So what was the cause for tonight? What was the cause for last week? When was the last blackout before that? Need some history and explaination.

24hrs after my power is out it still has not recognised it.

This app is useless. Doesn't give accurate data as to outages and sucks a ridiculous amount of data! So far this billing cycle alone it has chewed threw over 350mb of my data, and I am only 10 days in.

This app uses about 1/3 of my monthly data allowance. It downloaded over 500mb of data in a month. The app is a nice idea, but I'm not going to keep using it.

this app is pointless no power. website says 1130pm this app says we are not in darkness. really.... Then contact will not accept a email address to let you know.

Keeps telling me it failed to fetch data and to check my network. I have internet, therefore the app is faulty
