I think when you get a call you should be able to accept like you do a phone call so its simple especially when you are driving or in a hurry instead of it just being a notification and having to open it to accept or decline

Been using in EMF and great tool

The Android app crashes on every startup; I've replicated it on multiple phones and OS's every alert kind of makes it difficult to do anything with. The audio feed is buggy, and could use persistent notifications to make it easier to stop or pause. Though the rest of the app is half decent, the crash bug has been there for almost a year now with no change, leading me to believe emerg are only invested in the iOS app, and android is an afterthought. Don't get a subscription if you intend to use this app.

Great for the most part. A little tricky to understand and set up initially, but with use it becomes a powerful tool. Access to maps and appliance locations at incidents is very beneficial.

Constantly crashes program and is slow to issue notifications once installing the latest update.

Crashes everytime I try to change a setting. Only picks up every other emergency page. Have uninstalled and reloaded. Same prob. Glad we arent paying for it.

Gotta give it to these guys, I reported the app failing to open, and received an email a few hours later with an unreleased build of this app. Seems a current problem with Android 6 and latest update. Thanks for the fix! Hope it's released here soon!

Would be great if it had text to speech for the smart phone app like it does for the dashboard program instead of having to view the phone to see the page. Will go 5 stars after this is added!

Was slow majority of the time. Potential good ideas kinda, but wasn't easy to use. Now having to pay for it, NO WAY.. ### How many ppl actually use this now they have to pay for an illegal access to a pager msg? Also can u show us the stats of before and after with users and what ESO they come from (before/after paid subscription)............

Should read volunteer or career emergency worker. We are all professional.

Getting sick of reinstalling the app after every update because messages get delay by up to 30 minutes

The app never goes off when my pager dose i haven't. Wouldn't even know we had a call out if i relied in app

Great for those who are in administration roles and need the information but not the time critical response of a pager. Sometimes message can be 1-2 hrs after the pager goes off for emergency messages

I normally get messages over2hours after job has been completed. Bart States many times that it has stopped working

While i love this app i strongly disagree with having to be charged just to use it

Updated today, much better. Can now access notifications but very much like the old version. Apart from marking jobs complete and asking to join other groups.

Map is not accurate, went to follow it to a incident one day and sent me in opposite way

Not happy at all about now being charged to use BART I will be uninstalling it .

Needs to be reinstalled heaps becoz alerts decide to turn themselves off. Often stops working. But it is a great back to my pager which often does not go off.

Will not work on tablet since update

Excellent App! Does seem to have a delay when using WIFI connection Vs 4G.

Can't believe there making us pay for such a badly coded App. Notifications don't work and when they do there hours/days late. Wants access to your personal files. So its also spyware. Hate it Pager will always come first! The fire ready app works better don't waste your bandwidth with this heap of spyware crap.

Great idea and great app. Although it has not accurately plotted any incidents on the map. To be able to mark attendance is great to know if people will be coming, without having to ring them.

having a real problem setting my availability. I make one box green and it randomly decides to make other boxes on other days red, or off altogether. Is making setting my availability almost impossible!

The app is a good app and has good functionality. I would like to see an option to override the notification silence, so when an alert comes through I still receive an audible alert similar to the alarm clock apps. If it had this feature it would be 5 out of 5

Its a good app works well as I have a mobile service dead spot at home this still works on wifi. Would like to have vibrate as a option
