You must enter in email addresses, etc etc just so you can leave feedback on services you use... Far more easier to simply CALL or EMAIL the service provider directly, or use social media (I don't think think the developer has heard of FACEBOOK!!!) Save yourself the trouble

This app has been great for helping to find out how to improve my business from my customers, we run multiple business and you cannot be in all the business at once, with feed back app I can monitor what happing via feedback. The the best thing is that this feedback good or bad is not done in social media. This is the reason the app was developed.
