The products are way better quality than i expected, fast delivery, very well managed and organised. The app itself it pretty crappy though, keeps crashing, loses my cart for no apparent reason, and theres no favourites/wishlist feature. Will keep using them despite that, because im really pleased with every product ive bought through them.

Keeps freezing and crashing all the time. Takes forever to open or swap between pages.....its absolutely crap

The shipping time... up to a month for several items in my order. Also ... the cart timing out. I want to make the shipping count... but when it times out I cbf readding ANY items. Still... I recommend for great a deal if you have time to wait for delivery.

What happened to the range? What's all this new crap you're trying to flog off as cheap?? I miss the old DealsDirect, looks like i won't be buy anything from you guys again. I Was a Happy Former Customer.

Seriously I have purchased 3 or 4 items from this app and nothing has been shipped yet, even though it tells me expected delivery date which was 2 weeks ago. Order something in January and you will probably receive it by December. I use Wish now its cheaper and sends your order within a few days after purchase.

Good app apart from the shopping cart does not save when you close. This would be handy s shopping with so much product you need time to look.

Keeps logging out all the time. Nothing in the shopping cart gets saved so I can never buy anything. Waste of time

I recently made a purchase whilst it did a few weeks to arrive the feedback from the people at customer service was prompt and kept me up to date with my shipment.

Long shipping wait for some items. Same suff for sale as thd OzSale app. Frustrating when you add stuff to the cart and continue on shopping then the cart times out and you have y o find all the items again.

10 days later, order not even shipped yet! Customer service is a joke.

This is a twin to ozsale, same company. Why? But you do get some good deals.

There is no option to pay with our pay at the checkout even though it offers our pay, to pay in installments.
