CUA redi2PAY

Called CUA about a dozen times last 4 months.. Noting happens.. NOW it tells me "Payment declined" (very embarrassing) but works with my card tap and pay!!!

The app has been working flawlessly well for me now for over a month - I make nearly every payment with it. Improvements might still be made though: I'd like to see fingerprint authorisation & single payment authorization only (before another fingerprint read). I've been using Nexus 6P

Keeps telling me I've entered wrong details when I know I haven't. Useless

Says wrong details entered and doesn't tell you which one's wrong. Won't work.

Says phone is rooted, but it's not.

Works every time

The redi2PAY worked well on the Sony Zperia Z3, but on my new Zperia Z5 the app has a fault. When you attempt to open this app on the Z5, a security message appears for about 15 seconds saying something like ...'your mobile is rooted' and then closes completely. It does not allow to register a card or do anything else. I have done a complete firmware reset, it does not help.

Won't run because of rooted device! Was a good app, now can be uninstalled and thrown to the side with the rest of the junk on Android.

Does not work at all. Called customer service to get help. No one even seems to know this app exists, or even able to help you. Considering I got an account just to use this app. I don't think I will be staying as a customer.

Worked great when I first installed it. Now, and for the past 2 weeks, it opens to a black screen... And that's it. Nothing. Seems like this app desperately needs an update.

App works well now, but could really benefit from fingerprint (especially nexus imprint) authentication. Could also do with some improvements in the looks department (material design maybe?) But get the job done.

Rang CUA and they confirmed there is a problem particularly with recently issued cards and the APP. The problem has been handed to the vendors of the Cards and the APP to fix the problems. Out of CUA's hands at the moment so they can't give a time frame for a solution . They don't seem to be happy with the situation either.

Over a year and barely a single improvement. This is ridiculous, how long until you join other banks to allow proper mobile payment with MasterCard. NAB has just upgraded their app so payments can be made without having to launching the app. I'm going to leave this bank and go to the better competition.

Rejoice fellow z5 owners finally we can use the app. Works just like it did on my old s5 (flawlessly) Also if you have issues with an app Actually email the Developers directly and tell them. dont post on the google comments the Devs don't always see them here

2016-01-26 Now working as expected on Nexus 5x with Android 6.0.1

New update fixed my issues, works great now.

For security reasons this app cannot be run on a rooted device? So if my device is super vanilla bog standard default, then in your delusional fantasy world that is more secure? Do you instead mean that your security is so poor that you actually believe in and rely on trusted host based security for every phone on earth? Please clarify what manner of fool made that decision!

When it was first released, the app was buggy and froze all the time. Then it was stable and working well for a while. Now it claims that my phone is rooted (which it isn't) and won't let me use the app at all. More work required!

Love that I don't need my wallet. I would really like to be able to choose another card and then use it with ATMs. Very easy to use.

This has only ever worked once, and now it tells me my device is rooted when it isn't.

Love this app. This app has not failed me once in 20+ uses. Would love to use it to withdraw from ATM's.

No updates or anything just can't open the app. Does the dev read these comments?

Flawless experience with this app left me wondering why the Mobile Banking App is so limited.

Been waiting for something like this since NFC was introduced into Android. No more wallet ;-)

Does not work on Android 5.0.1 on Note 4 just crashes submitted multiple crash reports

This just doesnt work. I enter my details that are definitely correct and it claims they're wrong. As bad as the CUSA app.

Had it working the first time after registering card, but is very buggy. Doesn't work after reboot, quite disappointing.

Card registration only works over mobile data on android Lollipop.

Works like a charm for Note 4! Tested with the nearest Visa Paywave and it worked.. :)
