About First Option Easy App
With the First Option Easy App you can:
• tap and pay – use your phone to make payments at any contactless point of sale outlet
• view your balance and transaction details
• transfer funds between your own accounts
• transfer funds to another bank account
• make BPAY payments
• change your PIN
• report lost or stolen cards
• find your nearest rediATM
Once you have downloaded and registered with your Internet Banking details, you can use the App right away!
Please note:
1. The App will need to use the Internet to communicate with First Option systems. Data usage charges may apply through your network provider; however the amount of data used is minimal under normal usage.
2. The “tap and pay” feature of the App is enabled with NFC-enabled Android phones running KitKat4.4 or later.
