The software will not run on my device a Huawei ascent mate 7. It tells me it will not run as my device is rooted which it is not.

Brand new phone, fresh out of the box and the app won't run because it it thinks the phone is rooted. Uninstalled. No luck with new version either. Uninstalled...again.
