Looking for a faster way to log in to mobile banking? We've just updated our app, so now you can log in securely using just your 6 digit Web Access Code (WAC). Managing your money on the go just got a lot quicker.

CUA’s mobile app allows you to do your banking anywhere, anytime – so you can spend more of your day enjoying the things you love.

With CUA Online Banking for Mobile, you can:

 choose to save your member number and only login with your Web Access Code (WAC)
 check your balances
 view your last six months of transactions
 pay bills and transfer money
 set up new payees or BPAY billers
 schedule recurring payments – daily, weekly, fortnightly and more
 change your WAC
 view CUA offers tailored to you
 locate your nearest ATM or branch

Accessing CUA Online Banking for Mobile
If you’re already registered for CUA Online Banking, simply download our mobile app and you’re ready to go! The first time you login you will need your existing member number and WAC. You will then be able to save your member number securely on your mobile device so that the next time you login you will only need to enter your 6 digit WAC.

If you need to register for CUA Online Banking, please call us on 133 282 or drop into your local branch.

Security
CUA Online Banking for Mobile provides the same high-level protection as our Online Banking service. We recommend that you:
 keep your WAC and Member Number secret
 always log out once you’ve finished your banking

Not a terrible app, but being unable to add new payees makes it tricky to split bills when you're out for dinner with friends whose bank details you don't have yet...! I understand that this feature is probably absent for security reasons, but my mates who are with the Big Four have this feature on their apps...? Might be good to include a feature like this with any future updates. Also, that payment description form ... get it together guys, this needs to be fixed! :-)

The sms code for making payments is welcome but the app needs to be able to show scheduled payments. So that they can be confirmed or modified. With further use the lack of the ability to stop automated payments is a real pain in the ass

Can't use capitals or spaces in payment descriptions. VERY annoying. When you try to delete text in that field it then puts a bunch of jibberish letters in. Please update the app and correct this error!!

I cannot capitalise any words without the field flipping out and putting a bunch of jibberish in there. I then cannot clear it unless I tap in a different field then tap back into the description field. Very annoying. This happened once before with one of the updates. Please fix this.

This is the least secure app I have ever used. After you use it make sure you log out, it will leave you logged in forever. Also crashes each time I open it up which is the reason it leavs me logged in. Anyone could literally pick up my phone and use my bank if I didn't have a pin on my phone.

My app is up to date but I can't use capital or spaces in payment descriptions. Have to use full site which defeats the purpose of having an app. Please advise when this will be fixed.

This is serious folks! If I pay an invoice and I can't enter the payment description properly the biller then can't match my payment with the bill. Get it sorted then you are on the way to having a good application!

This once flawlessly reliable app now crashes every time. As a workaround, I cleared the app cache and data, ignored remember ID and selected don't ask again. No app crashes so far.

This app works well on my phone, and used to work on my tablet. But since the update it crashes on the tablet. Please fix this problem

The app was great but now the payment description section removes capitals and I can't use spaces. Please fix.

It does all the essential stuff but there are lots of little things which are annoying/bad. When you type your password in, it displays the numbers very briefly before changing them to a dot. This is actually a pretty major security flaw. Second is that if you don't log out and change to another app, when you finally go back to the CUA app, it automatically logs you back in. That's not an insignificant problem. The description for a transaction won't accept spaces or capitals. Kind of annoying.

The app works great but is very unstable. Every time i try and open it on my devices it comes up with a unexpected error and shuts down.. please fix!!

I have had 30 errors in 1 week! And then when I press ok instead of reporting every single error I am automatically logged into the app! How is that secure?

WARNING: dont ever bank with these guys...you will have an agreement on repaying loans off and be making payments but they will still take all money that comes into your account without even speaking to you or give you any notice...i will be closing my account first thing monday morning and well they can kiss me paying back the rest of the loan back and if they try take me to court ill just declare bankruptcy...they wanna be scum then they wont get a cent out of me

Latest update for this app has caused an account to be unavailable in my accounts list. Worked perfectly prior to update. CUA support suggest this is an issue with my phone, latest Samsung S7, though I find that less likely.

Works fine on my S7 but not my Tab S Have had to delete from Tab S. I now have to use desktop version to access my account.
