The app changed it's kids pizza topping options, it now doesn't include chicken. I called to place the order and raised that the option had disappeared. The guy also charged me a fee for paying over the phone which I wouldn't have been doing if the app worked!

Credit card payment on android app is extremely poor. Cannot submit payment so cannot order. Crust would get more business if they fixed this app which has been an issue for over 12 months!

The delivery option is useless for me. I live in a reasonably new subdivision and it doesn't recognize my address. As a result, I can't order for delivery or get past this first screen. What a waste of time. Australia Post recognize my address so I don't know why Crust doesn't.

Regardless of the quality of the pizza, this app simply doesn't stack up against the competition. Pizza delivery is a fiercely competitive space and Crust really needs to improve their game here.

I select half-half then click the left button and says oops an error occurred. The app is fully broken. I tried clearing data and cache and it still doesn't work. Poor form.

Please update your damn app!! Where is the 1 metre pizza?? C'mon you wanna do business I suggest you crust to update it!!

Wanted: save custom pizza as favourite. Tracking/notifications. Reorder previous orders inc customisations. More than 6 variations to a pizza. Items added cost neutralise with items removed.

Tolerate Android version on my phone. Removed Apple version from my iPad it was so bad. Best to use web version which bizarrely is quite good.

Paid twice via paypal without ordering any pizzas so had to phone the store. Didnt process the order because it does not recognise NT as a state. Territorians lile pizza too!

Good app but doesn't allow me to place order because it says that the state cannot be blank in address field even though NT is in the address field.

Very limited by not allowing re-ordering of previous orders. Frustrating to have to re-enter a customised order each time.

The address database is terriblw.i have lived at my.address 2.3 km from a crust store for 12 months you Still dont my suburb on thw system let alone thw street. Terrible

Everytime i select half and half pizza it has an error. This has been going on for months please fix this

This app is simple, great and does exactly what it is meant to. Use it whenever I order crust, never have a problem........

Does not work. Shows time slots for the next day but not the day actual day you are placing the order. How can you order for the same day? Stupid

Crashed 3 times at the PayPal payment screen at the end of my order. Uninstalled.

Can never finalise an order. Always either stops at payment or confirmation.

Every time i try the paypal payment method, it doesn't transfer me to the paypal website or even process the order.

I don't have any problem with the app, works well for me. And free delivery, yum!

No ASAP option for delivery and an long running error on half and half selections. Tried reinstalling app to no avail.

Ability to pay on pickup would be nice. Also some listed specials or vouchers on the app.

Can't do any half half pizza on app

I tried to simply use website with my phone at first. But when that failed I thought I'd use the app. Couldn't even get the app started properly. It needed to update the menu. But failed multiple times. Ended up using the pc no worries. Sack your IT! If they can't develop a mobile friendly website or app they're not worth the coin your paying them. So frustrating every time! Lucky your pizza us good. Not having a smart phone friendly way to order in this day and age is a f#*king embarrassment to your brand.

A merry-go-round... its my own fault though. I keep trying Crust and keep getting let down. When will I learn!!?

The is a direct port of the iPhone version and has an ugly and unnecessary back button. The app also doesn't seem to allow for adding multiple items to a cart and forces you to checkout as soon as an item is added to to your order. Pretty poor design.

Can't track current orders, there was no option to give "special delivery order notes". Wasnt even given email confirmation

The Mandurah opening hours are pathetic, tried to order pizza at 7:30pm and the store was closed. Pick up your game crust pizza because you're loosing out to the competition.

Can't order. App says my address is not verified. Would be good to have instructions on how to verify. Would also be good to have store locations and ph numbers in app.

40 minutes for an email to acknowledge my order, useless. No other way to track it, can't find the phone number to call about order.

How do I track my order? I don't need a driver GPS tracking (although that would be nice), but at least an order history. That's just a basic feature, and it's missing
