One of the poorest apps around. You always have to log in twice before you get to the site. Would be a big improvement if this gets fixed, so it becomes instantly more user friendly.

I have to log on twice everytime because it comes up with virtual roster log in but won't take my log in on that screen even after the new update still log in twice

It's been more than few months, why you not fixing login for Android, I need to login twice everytime.

Virtual roster pops up every time. I have to log in twice everytime. Really annoying.

Thanks for fixing on the last update, the ability to save our usernames on the application, but still it is asking for you to login twice. Can you please rectify? Thanks.

Everytime it updates android version perth property is removed..so have to reinstall it..

Formatting is disgusting and this virtual roster pop up is inevitable. Most of my time spent on this app is put into typing my password twice. This app is absolute garbo

It seems that android phones must log in twice before being able to view roster or add name to EO list. Very frustrating

The chances of this app doing what it's supposed to are worse than a coin toss. The fact that anyone has rated this higher than 1 star is absolutely beyond me.

Looks like the double log in problem may have finally been fixed. Time will tell. No they haven't!!!!

New update. Still NOT a happy chap. Took them years to fix it

Fixed the blank screen and double login issues of previous version. Working well so far!

Keep getting a blank screen after attempting to log in. Have uninstalled and re installed about five times already. Because of this, unable to apply for early out when i needed to. Grrr....

Laughable how bad this app is and how problems can take over 2 years to fix. Would struggle to make some of this up if writing a comedy show. Glad Perth can log in to this piece of junk now, just be ready to log in twice.

Keep getting blank screen when attempting to log in. Can't see my roster, pickup/giveaway shifts, go on eo list all because of this problem. Not happy.

I've recently changed my phone from iPhone to Samsung. IPhone version worked fine. For some reason the Android version doesn't log you in after you enter your details, it takes you to another screen which asks for another log in where you have to enter your details again. Very frustrating.

I didn't have this much problems before the 'upgrade' and now I've had no end of issues. Virtual roster comes up (resolved by unistalling and reinstalling app - what a pain!), cannot save my username (crashes when I try - I had no issues saving that with an older version), changed password on ERIK, etc ... The new app appears less of an upgrade and more of a downgrade. Please fix!

This app is really good and handy to have but there is a small problem, every time i try to log into my app to check my roster, the app fails and some other page comes up with Login error incorrect login & password, i press the Log out button on the top right which takes me back to the home page, log in again with success, this needs fixing!!

I honestly don't think it's necessary to Change Password every 3 months. Even Internet Banking doesn't. Who on earth would steal someone else's roster? WT?? lol

log in once, fine. log off then try to log in again and goes to virtual roster, what is wrong???

Whenever I use the app, the next time I log in (regardless of if I logged out previously and If I fully closed the app or not) it comes to a new login page for virtual roster to which my credentials do not allow access. The only way past this is to log out and fully close the app before restarting.

It doesn't work! I already deleted and downloaded the app. Plus i changed my password but sstill the same.

The app has worked fine until recently. I now have to reinstall the app daily if I want to use it.

50% of logging on takes us to 'Virtual Roster', requiring us to logout and relog. Would like more information on each each shift like table, codes, games etc

Nice little app to check roster times. Would be better if there was more functionalities similar to actual erik machine.

App is broken. I get through one log in screen, only to be stuck at a different one. The previous version at least functioned. Not that i could do much beyond checking my roster.

Why cant we see whom we are picking up off? Are the shifts listed according to our skill levels? Who and how do we contact if there are problems?

I have the same issue as Pee Wee.

Would be fantastic to have added functionality such as Worked Hours Enquiry, OSCAR report. There's no reason why we shouldn't be able to do everything we can on the boh Erik's. Current features work well, but are next to useless.
