Tired of have to redo everytime u change ur password.

Had no issues previously but now can not access. Everytime i log in all i get is a white screen. Have un installed and re installed numerous times, rebooted phone numerous times with no change. This has only been in the last week. Until then I have had no issues.

When it works it's ok, but once you've had to change your LAN password you can't log in again to Sidekick. I've had this issue every time and I can see I'm not the only one. Previously a "delete and reinstall" fixed the problem but this time I just get a white screen.

Worked previously fine, im on android and for some resson when i try to open app it stays on a blank white page. Ive re-installed app 3 times and still does the same thing

This app is extremely frustrating! Putting in your login multiple times knowing its right and the app continually informs you it isnt! Re installing does not help! Pretty much useless..

All I get is a blank white screen. I have installed and unistalled 5 times and it still won't work.

Application keeps closing. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times but still unable to access applicatiion. Not useful at all.

Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall it makes having it almost pointless. When it works it's great, but that can't make up for the repeat issues that keep occurring.

But need for authentication all the time feels a bit overkill. Very annoying to have to update passwords. A bit slow.

Sidekick randomly logged me out, so I deleted and reinstalled with correct user name and password and just refreshes without logging in.

Ive uninstalled and then installed again and it hardly ever works. Cba needs to sort this out now. I can also see I'm not the only one thats sick of this

Everytime you change your password you have to delete and reinstall it and even then it doesn't work half the time. They need to fix it

Have found out since installing that app is accessing everyone's contact lists and messages plus more. Have now uninstalled, why would CBA want access to this? Very disappointing.

Every time I change my password in iAM, Does not sync here and I lose my access to the application.

Quite buggy, crashes a lot. Another example of internal software being much worse than our external technology.

I have a phone thats not on the list of phones but to my surprise, I could use it on this phone (Samsung Galaxy Mega 2), but I couldn't when the app first came out. So happy!!
