Coles Credit Card App

Really lacking in features compared to many banking apps. Pending purchases should provide descriptions of the transaction and would be better if included in a separate list. Transaction descriptions are not very informative. Get rid of the optional rfid chip and support Android pay and Apple pay. Include BPay support.

Decent banking app but lacks features like android pay which almost all other banking apps have. The app also has no ability to view your bill forcing you to login to the website to view your last month's bill which is inconvenient.

App should have this feature as it annoying to have to log into website to do this. App should have all the functionality that the website has as you should not have to use both to get all the features. I am considering uninstalling app as it is a waste of time having to use both platforms

It needs a lot of improvements. The options are too simple and I don't have time to log on my desktop. App is saying my and pw are incorrect but I could log into my account when I login via my desktop with the same idea & pw. Very poor.

Too slow to update payment and purchase info. No info on pending purchases and have to wait days for it to update with more information. Hard to figure out how much I owe when purchases are pending because the total figure is often not accurate.

Says my id and pw incorrect. Have been using these on the web version for over a decade! (Trying to use on Samsung s7 edge). UPDATE was picking up my id from auto suggest. This had a trailling invisible space. Deleted the invisible space and it works.

Seems to have scheduled maintenance every single night, can't use it when it does-every single night. Also, wish it could tell me a simple amount I owe quicker, rather than having to wait till it's a big payment at the end of the month. Payments stay "pending" for ages, but that's a minor gripe.

How come there is no option for Utility bill payments in mobile application, when this feature is available on the full website. Utility bill payment is one of the very basic feature that an application should provide. Please fix this ASAP.

Can't seem to access app anymore since December. It comes up with error Cfs501 every time I try to log in. Tried deleting and re installing it, but didn't fix it unfortunately. Guess the last update doesn't agree with my Sony Xperia z5.

Disappointed that this app doesn't have the option to access the reloadable Coles Mastercard. Would be handy considering I have no option but to go into the complicated website to access and top up my account. Hopefully a possible future update soon?

Error CFS501 has been coming up for the past few weeks, not just last night. It's working now however, thanks for the quick reply.

Wont login on to Galaxy 5. Message reads "Invalid Credentials". Use same credentials on web login and they are accepted. Not a lot of confidence in this app. Update: I just login. Username is case sensitive and it was all lower case. First letter was starting with uppercase when typing.

Tap and Go feature (not using the tag) and digital fuel vouchers stored on fly buys card like woolies would be nice.

Fly buys works ok, but it is very difficult when you try to get the credit card part scanned. Finally got it today after numerous previous attempts but it wouldn't recognise my PIN. I give up. Useless, easier just to carry the card in my phone cover.

I really like this app until few weeks ago when I start getting error message CFS501 whenever I load transactions.

Waste app. It simply shows ÇFS501 error message. Complete waste app.

The extra authentications this app forces is in itself a heightened security risk and overly unnecessary customer frustration, all thanks to a lazy development team who clearly doesn't appreciate how to properly handle industry standard persistent sessions with timeout. Stop making excuses and fix what makes this a VERY bad klunky app.

You have to order a sticker and stick it in your phone to use paypass. Other providers just let you turn NFC on and use it. Another (probably better) option would be to support Android Pay.

I'm using the latest version and I still cannot login.

No problems with the app and was great to receive a reply that was not a generic cut and paste. Well done :)

It has been more than 2 weeks that I cant load the transaction page on your app. "Something went wrong. Please try again later (CFS501)"

The account DOESNT have a username so i cant log in. I have an email and password. There is no username so how can i log in? The email and password dont work. I can log in on the website but not this app.

As described and useful for quick checks but not management. Would give 5 stars if more functionality is in corporated e.g. categorisation of transactions to see distribution of spend in the summary window, utility bills etc

Stupid app has been giving me login issues for the past month saying 'invalid credentials' and no one from the coles technical department can help me. They just keep saying "try again in 24 hours". Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that did jack all.

After compaining the other day the app was up and running for a few days but here we go again, it's stopped working again!

Tablet support/Landscape mode needed. Once this is available I'll bump up the rating.

Security ? Uses SSL or not but it too can have token broken like Facebook Doubtful with Coles Tap Pay nonsense?

It can't seem to keep up with bpay payments I make to the card.. I made 4 payments over 4 days and even though it shows up on the list of transactions it dosent show me an accurate amount of available credit .. very confusing not knowing how much is in there..

The combank app let's me use my phones nfc to pay for things, why do I need a tag?

Unable to connect now that samsung has updated. Tried uninstalling and reinstallinv and no luck. Bug fix is not sufficient.

Tag not working. Transaction not showing! Error message shows up when I click on transaction and use tag! Re-install several tomes and still not working!

Nearly all Android devices have had NFC for half a decade. What's the point of the sticker? Also, Android Pay please.

Lately the 'pending' charges figure is wrong. Shows the total of only the last 3 pending charges, not all pending charges. Please fix!

How do you log off? You can look at transactions and that's about it. Not much point to this app.

Updated the app but no longer can view my flybuy offers comes up with an error has occurred would love to have this resolved!

Would love to see the following features : 1. Bill payment 2. Sorting transactions based on various fields 3. View statements

Why won't it recognise my Prepaid Mastercard?

EDIT: Latest update resolved below issues. Thanks! Wont let me login. Tries once and comes up with an error failing to connect to the server, then try again with an error saying "this device is already connected". Lift your game.
