Even after an email conversation with the dev who said he has an iPhone but doesn't check Google play at all. Said he'd get onto it ASAP days ago. Hmm. Obviously us android uses are second class to his preferred market. While I understand he has better things to do more might download and use this if it worked at all. It hasn't worked for 4 months. Uninstalling and I suggest anyone wanting to download contact the developer first to make sure it will function.

Shows "getting position" for about three seconds, then does nothing. Installed three times with no luck. Also shows up as "recent request" under my GPS settings. HTC one m8.

Here's the scoop with this app, if you can get it running at all, it will allow tenants to say bad things about a landlord just to get out of paying rent. The landlord has nothing they can do because they cannot sue the tenant for slander because the tenant is a deadbeat with no money. A lot of the issues that tenants post are either staged or pictures from properties that they are not even renting. So if you want a bias app to give all the power to the renters. Here it is! Download it!

This app is fantastic! So useful for renters who want to know if a place has any negative baggage before signing the lease. Everyone checks for hotel bad reviews all the time, now we can do the same for place we're planning on living in. This needs to be as popular as TripAdvisor. Full support all the way!!

If people are looking to rent a place, they definitely should use this app to make sure there are no alarm bells before doing so. Will also make sure that landlords are treating the tenants fairly. Just like reviews for restaurants, hotels etc.. It's great to see one in this area.

Used the app to review a nasty property we rented and it was really easy to do using this app. Definitely recommend installing!
