The CHOICE Computer Magazine app has just been updated and the log in problems that digital subscribers with Nexus devices have been experiencing appear to be fixed. There's also an improved look and feel and I love the new pinch and zoom which works well on a 7" tablet. Only one thing left on the wish list for me and that is landscape mode as well as portrait mode.

Well now the app is working again on the Nexus range, I think it has lots of potential. There are some things that are irksome that need to be addressed if Choice would like to see a bigger take up of the digital version of their magazine. Overall, I'm generally happy with the way the digital version is developing albeit with some teething problems, which are to be expected given such a significant departure from the hardcopy format.

I'm a CHOICE member and have successfully signed in, yet there is no sign of a free trial, all I can do is buy one or both of the last two issues. Am I missing something? (Nexus 7 first edition)

Works well and have no problems with it.
