10.7.17 - terrible network speed. 7.7.17 - Rubbish app. Can't recharge when on WiFi, when you have NO data! The prime time and place to want to recharge!!! 10/5/17-cant recharge plan when on wifi, but if you run out on plan you can't recharge

The new version does not work 9 out of 10 times when clicking on "View Balance". Very very annoying.

App or service designed to cause inconvenience - 28 service that can only be scheduled to be auto paid on a particular date every 30 days! Also balances do not work - buttons become inactive. Good connection - terrible app and/or service.

Worked fine until this last month. Was using it to charge my sons phone and now it doesnt give me the option to select a number. Useless!

Can no longer use paypal through the app, meaning it's useless to me. Don't understand why yoy would take away such a important feature.

I have dropped this down to one star. It is one of the worst apps I have eve used. There is always something wrong with it. Today I want to check my usage and it is telling me that wifi is on and I need to turn it off to access the app. Well my wifi is not on.

It used to work fine but in the last couple of months I open the app and can never get the balance status to display. Have to reinstall app to get this function to work

icould rate 0 i would, cannot recharge claims "error this feature can only be accessed bt telstra prepaid customers" constantly tells me that i have a Telstra sim card, and refuses to display my information

More a recharge service as it offers only very basic access to a person's account and information. Ability to view/change personal info and access more indepth history (functions) would push this app to a 3 or 3.5

BOOST HAS REASONABLE CALL RATES BUT THE AMOUNT OF $¢ + TIME THAT BOOST HAS RIPPED ME OFF WITH BY MAKING ME PAY CASH IN LUMP SUMS FOR PRE-PAID MOBILE PHONES PURCHASED ACCORDINGLY OUTRIGHT IS OVER ABSOLUTELY ASTRONOMICAL!

Can't access Balance after trying to re-install same issue. Live Chat no longer connects. Useless App

The keyboard covers the entry of the voucher code still when manually recharging. This update has not fixed this issue. The background page is not scrollable, please fix this.

Widget doesn't update reliably, and can't setup PayPal recharge from within the app.

Doesn't work don't even have wifi and it says I'm connected to it. WTF

This app was working well a month ago but now it doesn't even load the information for my account. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck! Need to fix these bugs!!

Useless as only works on sim can't manage/view account from another data device

It's actually a good app and works well for me on my galaxy S6 but Bitdefender has it as a Adware.Mobidash.gKSGU so that needs to be addressed.

It works but is difficult to use. The "my balance" box is useless and takes one third of the screen, especially when the keyboard pops up there is no room left. Recharging is very hard because of this. When recharg fails it doesn't allow you to try again until two minutes later and sais you just recharged! Navigation is poor and many cases there is no option ti get back or retry and you have to reopen the app!

Keeps saying its on Wi-Fi when it's not dose not work

Sometimes when I get my weekend data it stays on my inc data then when I try to download somethings it gets rid of all off my weekend data and inc data

It won't work it won't show data left

The widget, which is kind of key to this app, really needs work. Hitting refresh on the widget often doesn't refresh the remaining data figure, and weekend data is never mentioned.

The app is useless and so it trying to recharge on it.

Never seems to give an updated credit balance...get lovely surprises when you suddenly run out...
