BNG Conserve

This Conserve app, has been developed to assist our clients’ managers and supervisors to easily access the Conserve database using mobile devices to verify the compliance status of a contractor company and its employees.

Conserve is an online contractor risk management system developed to provide our clients a holistic approach to managing contractor risks.
Our process follows three (3) distinct steps in sequence:
Step 1: Review and validate contractor company information, then accredit the contractor company
Step 2: Review and validate contractor employee qualifications, then approve the contractor employee
Step 3: Approved contractor employees complete the client’s online inductions and are issued with the induction license by the system.

The ultimate assurance that a client needs when a contractor employee presents herself / himself at the client’s premises is that:

1. The contractor company is legally compliant to provide the services that the company has been engaged for.
2. The contractor employee is qualified and experienced to undertake the job
3. The contractor employee has been duly inducted prior to starting the job

BNG’s process provides the client with the above assurance and this Conserve app facilitates that assurance.
