Cannot enter all stay durations. If you go over 31 days only options are months and years. Not possible to accurately show a month and some days.

Idea was great Filled out the form and created departure card scan None of the printers at the departure point were working

Pre-filling the departure card is a handy function to save time at the airport. UX for adding multiple travellers could be better though.

Parking site requires you to put in time, but won't let you do it. Then to set up trip details you need to manually enter the details. So many apps that import information, you have to wonder why they bother. Inept.

What is the use of downloading the app, setting up all the boarding passes for family only to have all kiosks broken. #fail

You can clearly see the flight on the website but cannot on the app... whats the point in having an app if your information doesnt exist. Download flightradar24 its way better than this app and actually shows you where it is

What a waste of time this app is. You can't do anything or book anything

App departure cards are pointless when none of the kiosks work in the terminal.

Would be great if your account details automatically populated into your first profile just to save some time, but otherwise a great handy app

Hit the book parking option, then hit the parking deal I wanted, when I get to the screen to select the deal it's not on the list! False advertising! Have you purposely hid the deal to swindle people into paying more?

Got to the airport. Scanned the QR code. Waited for five minutes for it to print. Gave up and filled out a paper card. Don't bother wasting your time.

Handy to confirm flight departure & arrival times, flight delays etc. Often has info before the airlines let you know what's going on...!

Airport facilities

The ability to create departure cards for myself and my wife is a good idea - having to re-enter our details every time is annoying. It would be best if we could create profiles for the both of us and then re-use that data every time a departure card needs to be created.

This app is fantastic. I love the new maps and the ability to pre fill the outgoing passenger card and print it off at the airport. It's brilliant. Keep it up. BNE just keeps getting better.

Need to be able to see the details I've entered after the qr code is generated, but nice app!

Pretty useless when it contains less information than the website. Nothing about the status of the airport during major weather events. If I want to look up flight status I can use that airlines app.

It couldn't find my flight tomorrow at all. Waste of time.

Big improvement over Buggy mobile website. Please stop the codeshares constantly changing flight details, its so annoying! Would help if more details added to main arrivals screen like aircraft type snd actual operating airline.

The name appearing under the app icon after installation should be 'Brisbane Airport', not 'Airport'.

Good app to check Arrivals & Departures for my flights out of Brisbane or any friends arriving into town. Also like the My Trip for my flight and parking detail.
