Can't update my new credit card details. (It inputs a totally random INCORRECT expiry date ). Beyond annoying! This means I have to manually input my card details each and every time I want to purchase a deal! So not ok.

I've updated and can no longer purchase vouchers, it keeps telling me my phone number is wrong but there's no where to put my number, and why does it suddenly need my number? It's all very frustrating, and the voucher I'm after will probably be gone by the time it's fixed.

Went to use my credit from a previous purchase gone wrong and wont allow me to purchase asking me for my Name and Phone number.... never asked for this before, then when i tried again it debited my visa card for the total price, so my credit is still waiting to be used. When asking customer support you can't even phone them and in both cases you can't get a refund. This site is not the best if you have a problem with a purchase.

Restaurants deals are fantastic . Highly recommend hotel grand chancellor in Melbourne for dinner. Fantastic customer service & food that melts in your mouth. Would love to see more flights & accommodation packages for Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney & Perth as well as Bali & Thailand. Also love the Errie ultimate ghost tour.
