Been using this app for quite a while now and although it is useful, especially when used with parcel lockers, it's often unreliable, just like Australia Post I guess.

A bit unreliable at times, not in sync with email and text notifications

I cannot pay my bill!!!

A bit hit abd miss as not all deliveries show up in the app.

Qr code give wrong numbers. Items appearing as delivered when they arnt and pending even thou have been delivered. No support for issues. Unfortunately there is no other option.

Have tracked parcel in app but not moving since May 8th so what's going on? Apps broken and keeps giving me error messages and don't track all parcels like it should. The postage calculation never works neither

Quite a good app, some great features to track items, find nearest post office, opening hours, calculate postage costs, find postcodes and pay a bill, etc. Good UI.

Works well everytime. 4.87 seconds to get my parcel is pretty good :)

Very handy, auspost, keep this updated and keep upgrading it and you're on a winner.

The app is great it's worth but over the last 2 months none of the locations are updated. Australia Post or StarTrack received my item then there are no updates till the day after I received it. I can watch an item go from state to state in the US and know exactly where it is but as soon as it arrives here in Australia it disappears and then suddenly it's at your door. I don't know if this is because the driver's and the post handlers and not scanning the item or the app has an issue.

Makes tracking parcels super easy. I don't usually go out of my way to rate apps but Australia Post deserves a congrats for this one. Only thing that could be improved is from what I can tell it doesn't let you relocate your parcel drop to different places within the app and takes you to the mobile site to do that which can be annoying. Other than that, really great.

Always a connection error. Keeps signing me out of the app when i try to track on the site. Why would i track on the site if i have the app though? Endless "technical difficulties" and "connection errors". Then a complete pain in the back side to try and log in to the app. Guess why? Parcels that has been updated as delivered keeps going back to In Transit status as well. Can I revert the 1 star rating? This app doesnt deserve it.

Only get notifications for about half my parcel locker deliveries, and often the 'open locker ' option gets an 'invalid code' from the locker. It's easier to use the sms notifications. They are more reliable.

Never up to date. You have to go to the desktop site to get actual tracking information, which makes the app pretty pointless.

Great app But AP needs to get there act together with express post items AS this is twice now the item I have sent express post it hasn't arrived the next day ....this day and age it's a joke AP get your act together.

Not getting notifications via the app to let me know when my parcel has arrived for collection and unable to use it to track international parcels.

Solid application with easy usage for regular and one time users. I can easily track all my parcels via the application and for Australia Post items even redirect on the fly. Push notifications are great for Postal locker and pickups, while the step by step tracking is the key value proposition for the application.

So far so good. Been able to track my last 3 parcel deliveries and they have arrived when it said which is nice change for Australia Post. Maybe you have finally got your business sorted so thank you. J!

Fantastic App, AusPost really knocked it out of the park with this one. This is how you make a useful app people. If you live in Australia you need this app.

After the last update, now when you delete a delivered item. It comes back when you log in again

not enough. not good evening tracking info i dont know where anything is just what part of the process im in. i want adress or locations of witch aus post its in and also aus post your getting slow, you were once fast but now your not

Waiting for an express parcel and continually checked the app through the day but nothing saying delivered to my PO. Next morning the app said it had been delivered the day before in the morning! Lost 24 hours trusting the app!

Overall this is great for monitoring and managing deliveries. BUT when requesting a safe drop, the check box to agree to the T's & C's is TOO CLOSE to the link to the T's & C's.

So difficult to create a 24/7 parcel account

Does what it says, i am sure it used to have an option to say you could have items at the door if no one home but can't find it anywhere.

Its not perfect but it does the job since it only works as best as the employees do since it relys on the au post staff

Good app but not very secure in terms of the personal information stored. Can you please implement optional pin/fingerprint asap.

Tells me when packages are due to be picked up

Great app, works well. Easy to use and to the point, you can even manage your delivery points with ease.
