Concept is great, but the app still has a few issues. It would be good if you could edit schedules and faves from the app, instead of just the wall panel. UPDATE : Found issue. App apparently will only scan its local subnet. I am a network admin, and my wireless at home is on a different subnet to my wired network. Can we get a setting to specify the IP of the controller for andvanced users?

Had earlier problems. Then fixed, now 26-2-17. My login has now lost my GF system... this is really annoying folks

New version just crashes when i open it

This latest update has fixed the recent issues thankfully! Recent updates are definitely improving performance, the application feels much snappier and more reliable now thanks.

Mirrors the wall controller. Great to turn the unit on and off from bed. First world problems

The app works very well, connection is much more stable than 310 and syncs faster with the wall panel. I couldn't give 5 star because app is unable to show air temperature while the wall panel shows, also the UI looks poor like it is in beta, it needs a whole new look to make it more appealing

Worldwide login now no longer works properly. Can no longer see my zones when using worldwide login. Samsung Galaxy S7. Thanks, new update has fixed the issue!

I can rename but it goes back to numbers when I switch the app off.

After this update, no longer can I see zones after log in via world wide login. Works normally if logged in via local WiFi....

It always crashes. I have full range wifi in my house and i run a top of the range netgear nighthawk router. Yet this still cant always pick up the connection. The layout of the remote is boring and old. The worldwide web connection is hard to setup. I used a samsung remote on a samsung aircon and its much more user friendly. You would think when you buy a dakin which is twice the price of the samsung the remote options would be twice as stylish and twice as user friendly. Not the case at all.

Really needs better graphics and icons! Looks so 2D and out of date.

Type in my login in. Login successful. Then takes me back to the login page, over and over again.

Worked well when I first had system installed. But failed dismally when I upgraded my phone. Now, since the iZone system has been upgraded, I can at last turn it on & off from my phone. It's a start! Now, if only I could get it to update schedules. Must have spoken too soon. Now I can't even log in. Uninstalled & then reinstalled. Only allows access to Logon World Wide. When I try to log in, it does not recognise my details and tells me that my password is wrong without giving me access to change.

App crashes when I press the AC unit button, never crashed on the previous version of the app. Issue dues not occur on phones, only occurs on Nexus 7 tablet. Please fix this issue.

App doesnt work on my phone. Logs me in but then crashes. Never worked for me. Even my ipad cant even find the app to try it on there

Entered all the passwords I've ever used & it keeps telling me that its incorrect so how do I enter the correct password when even I don't know what it is ?

The pleasure of controlling the temperature from anywhere :) If only i figured out how does World wide login work so I'd suggest a better user guide for that otherwise you'd get 5 stars.

Doesn't work the way it's designed to! I often am unable to connect to the system ie the app returns a blank screen and is unable to connect to the system. This persists on other android devices

The app often thinks it's connected, but isn't. It frequently crashes when opened, and doesn't find the system on the wireless network. Expensive technology obviously in it's infancy, needs work.

Spent my time creating a login profile to find out this app crashes upon login every time. Great job guys well done. Unusable garbage. Do you product test before release.

Had earlier problems, but now working fantastically on one of my two systems. Since izone supplied a replacement unit. Thank you! May need to have my other unit Replaced too.

Works well for me and convenient to adjust my a/c. Connects up on the local network without having to login. Matches the iZone well!
