This worked fine before the recent "upgrade", and what's with time limits on internet use? Bought 50GB moved to an area with poor amsysim coverage and had no chance to use it, does data expire like bread? Scammers! changing company.

The old app worked perfectly, the new app is a dud.. the caller id shows that my number is visible but when I nake a call, it still sends unknown to the recipient of the call... not happy... please fix this error

The app is OK. Never try and call for help. They will put you on hold forever. Terrible customer service. They do nothing on purpose

This app is disgraceful. Take notice of what everyone is telling you and go back to the previous version. Your loosing customers in droves. This updated version is useless. I cannot even see details of my second amaysim Sim on this app. I could on the previous version . it has too many problems and issues to be of any use to anyone. Get rid of it and replace with earlier app

Never ever worked. Always a server error on login. Tried at various times over months and different versions.

Just relying on SMS reminders now if my balances are low. Just relying on guesswork as to what plan I'm on and what's happening to my account. Pity I used to have an app I could rely on for that stuff, until they wrecked it.

Server Error continues. I can't log in to check my balance. Absolutely useless app.

On my Meizu phone wth flyme OS this app after updating crashes all the time, used to work before

Just signed up first day today run into like 5 problems and now i cant even login the app

usless app says account is not active and i cannot login

The app looks good after the update, but everytime I open it and leave it in the background I get a os warning that your app is draining battery. Can you do something for it?

The old app was better, it could show usage statistics, I'm missing the point of the app now, it's pretty useless.

The app works well. One this I would like is a bar graph of time/data from beginning to end of the period. Not data left/time left. The former is more descriptive, I believe. Thanks.

AVOID. At 5.30am this Friday morning my amaysim download speed was 0.28mbps upload 0.02mbps. Go elsewhere.

Still needs some work but probably better than all the other carrier's applications.

This isn't actually a functional app anymore. The "update" should absolutely not have been released to the main build, beta streams exist for a reason. There are too many things wrong with this app to even list, it should be rolled back to the previous app, and maybe even apologised for.

Why fix something that's not broken? The old app was fine and I used to be able to toggle between my two different Sims. Now I can't. I hear the words that more things will be added. Hopefully we might end up with an app that's almost as good as the one it replaced

New version is very slow on any internet problems with open app, long time wait for any data, not easy like version before. Before Amaysim was OK, now going fast down. Just 28 days monthly prepaid plans, they very high rise international rates, they removed 10GB one year internet offer, phone customer service practically not exist-never can't connect, online service very poor now. Guys maybe we start look for others operators.

The old version was great but not the latest update. I was really shocked the other day to find my data plan was expiring today and it took me many clicks and eventually sent me out of the app and into the browser to find out that my data plan was still safe and sound. Can we go back to the old version?

Omg, tried to recharge the day after running out. You simply can't. Can't log-on via wifi either....it's a dead end. If it's not fixed by my next recharge date, I'm simply changing to another carrier.

This new app is not usable. Changing UI doesn't help unless u bring old features which tells u usage and other functionality. I am disappointed.

The old app worked perfect, why change something that isn't broken, unlike this app! If you run out of data the app doesn't work, unlike the old one, so how can you check if your data has run out? You Can't! How can you use the app to purchase additional data?? YOU CANT!! When you need it most, it fails! Fix it Amaysim! :-(

Used to be able to check data balances and usage from each day within the app. Now only gives the option of viewing your current data left, which is often delayed.

Poor update. Does not show remaining call credit. Many functions simply redirect to website. Remaining data shows only as GB eg. Shows 0.02GB If I have 27MB remaining. Preferred old version.

Fairly terrible.. Not sure about the point of an app that has to open a browser to perform essential functions.. Older versions were much better..

App is garbage no data usage page .an absolute farce go back to the earliest version at least it worked .also i added 1 gb of data last nite all data gone overnite but no way to check where it went

Great work amaysim. New version looks good and addresses all the issues i complained about in my previous review.

Did anyone think of consulting a user? Absolutely horrible with little or no user friendliness or intuitive navigation. Please release previous version. ASAP!
