AAMI Access

Just called AAMI due to issues and apparently they do not use the app any more. For some reason they haven't put that anywhere online though?

Says it finds your policy number but never adds it to your policy list rendering it useless. Also does the same for claims.

Annoying push notifications about the weather, no setting options to turn them off. Such a waste from an insurance company.

Totally useless. Doesn't email you policy numbers. Doesn't show your claims and if you have to enter your DOB then be prepared to click the back arrow key month by month until you get to your year of birth. For me that meant 50 x 12!

Don't waste your time downloading this app, the most useless app out there and that's saying something. Will not let you add policies to your policy list. Uninstalled​.

App stops working and can't find any of my policies. Reload. Sometimes wants a login 4 digit number sometimes wants a password. Video i uploaded on a claim never made it to the uploaded documents list. But i have a reply that says it did?? Submitted claim and app states aami will call within 48 hours. They never did. Called aami , got told, oh no you need to activate your claim. Lucky i have screen shots to prove my point. Don't trust this app. Call them everytime. App just failed yet again.

'the system couldn't complete your request. Please try again later' when trying to submit a claim. Let me down when my day was bad enough already. Had to go online

This app has push notifications for weather and other things. You CANNOT switch them off. Horrible.

Terrible app. Can't even find my policy, have to log in to website anyway. Have called and spoken to AAMI and still no help from them.

So quite pointless at the moment till they fix it. Uninstalled to remove pointless notifications.

Such a big insurance company and don't have a proper app, WHAT A SHAME I download it locked on, does not show my policies, and when i try to add them on , it shows policy does not exist. AAMI REPAIR IT OR GET RID OF IT.

The claim I submitted using the app does not appear. Also, the app needs to show what excess is on your policy.

Looks good but when you go to register, it asks for your date of birth, too bad if you are born in 1970 or earlier, it does not allow for that

I can't even enter my date of birth when trying to register. Glitches and resets the values to 22 Jan 2000?!

Always crashing anytime you try to update or add info (eg new policies)... Have reinstalled 3 times. Not good.

Randomly sent me a severe weather warning on the nicest day in Melbourne. Cannot even view my claim after submitting. It's of no value at all. Don't bother.

Can't even log on. Worse then your website where I can't even update my postal address.

My policies have disappeared from the app and it won't accept my policy numbers

Got everything you need to manage policies and claims.

Just had an accident, installed this app, logged in and it has wrote loading polices. Tried to manually add my car policy and it tells me it's already added. Looks like it's easier just to call you.

Pretty useless app when I can't add my caravan to it. Will only let me add my car or house (they would take insure my house contents as it's a relocated house)

I tried to claim for my vehicle and keep pressing submit claim. Then it keep saying error submiting due to service error.

After linked the policy to my existing and the apps completely stuffed up no longer be able to view my policy at all.

Nothing has neen seen improved so far even after you contacted me through email for more details. It's a dead app. AAMI website says hassle free to use but at uploading document, the choose file button is not respond so there's no advance to the next step of submission. It's dead there.

This app worked fine when claiming on a vehicle which had been broken into. Today, I was applying for a new Motor Vehicle policy using this app on my phone, but I quickly had to stop this process and go online using a PC. Why? Because when it came to entering the driver's D.O.B. there is no option to just enter the date in an easy manner. Instead you are compelled to tediously scroll back through every month back to your birth date - MONTH BY MONTH, which in my case would have taken me at least an hour :). Even for a 20 year old applicant you would need to flick back through 240 Months! Not good enough. Uninstalled.

Always says cannot validate your details. Please insert personal details as in your policy. No matter how accurately the details are inserted,it still shows the same message

I have both car and home & contents insurance with aami yet the car policy comes up in my house & contents section.. and in the motor section I can't link my car with my policy number! also won't allow me to submit a claim for contents damage by an animal says to contact aami customer service.. so basically it's pretty crap!!

Anyone recently having problems with the app should uninstall and then reinstall the app. This should fix the problem.

Couldn't register my password, then wanted me to go to the website to reset my password. WTF?

None of my policies show up have uninstalled and reinstalled the app ... one day they work ... the next day they are gone .... fix it pls as this is the only reason i use the app to track progress of claims ..
