App didn't work. The QR code was not scannable which makes the app completely useless.

2 Tage vor Ablauf ist meine CC gesperrt und die Eingabe einer Neuen funktioniert nicht: "Es hat leider nicht funktioniert, versuchen sie es erneut" (warum?) Nach 5 x Fingerakrobatik (am Smartphone eingeben) reichts mir. Fahre ich halt wieder ÖBB.

Nice idea, but without a credit card you can't use the app. Maybe you could try adding PayPal and/or Sofortüberweisung and the likes.

Works, but has lost my discount data at 2 separate occasions, and not being able to use westbahn-bank is a real shame

Used the previous Version yesterday. Worked flawlessly. Today, after the update a Login with my current data is no longer possible. Instead the intro tour is shown (with the second panel being blank). Then, asking me to create a new image, which does not work (button has no action) and to reenter my payment details. I would just like to log in and use my existing account?

Fast and comfortable way to pay in the train. No issues at all on the current version.

Great App. This is the way other train ticket apps should work. It stores your credit card and discount cards and shows you the web price (cheaper than in the train) and the currently valid offers. The app then displays a QR code and you are not billed until they scan the code on the train. I find this to be the best feature.

After i choose a payment method it lags and shuts down the application

...aber leider gehen mir alternative Zahlungsmöglichkeiten ab, wie zB Zahlung via Bankeinzug, oder evtl. InApp Käufe dann könnte ich die Tickets bequem via Handyrechnung zahlen.

I haven't used older versions of this app, that other users are complaining about, but I haven't had any issues buying a ticket with this version. The account was easy to set up, the app looks fine and I found it simple and quick to buy a ticket. Also it saved me some money. The only thing that should maybe be improved, is the dialog for selecting your birthdate (it still uses the Gingerbread design). That aside, my experience was flawless! Well done!

Funktioniert wie es soll. Wenn man aktuelle Angebote gleich rabattieren könnte wäre super (Frühling Rabatt, Sommer Ticket, etc)

Eigentlich eine recht tolle App Idee, nur sehr unübersichtlich und etwas irreführend.
