Used it a few times for DALVIK cache. First time a bit worried as had to restart my Nexus for all apps to be optimised,but now quite used to that. So whenever I want a cleanup out it comes again. As for adds, easy to ignore.

On the plus side, one of the few apps of its kind that doesn't snoop into every cranny of your phone. The interface is dull and you have little clue as to what it's doing.
