Smarte Kasse

Smarte Kasse ist eine mobile Registrierkasse, welche den neuen österreichischen Anforderungen 2016 / 2017 entspricht. Sie ermöglicht es, auf Ihrem Smartphone/Tablet Produkte auszuwählen und abzukassieren (mit allen Funktionen, die dazu nötig sind - diverse Rabatte, Storno, Nachdrucken...).
Laut Gesetzgeber muss jeder Unternehmer ab 15.000€ Jahresumsatz bis 31.März 2016 ein Kassensystem bestellt haben. Ansonsten werden bereits ab April hohe Strafen verhängt!
Benutzer profitieren von Verkaufsstatistiken, Datenexport für Steuerberater, Erleichterung in Buchhaltung (2x Beleg drucken), kurze Eingewöhnungsphase & einfachem Betrieb.

Smarte Kasse besteht aus 2 Teilen
a) Die Kasse ("App") - Zum Kassieren, Stornieren, Drucken... (vor Ort)
b) Die Verwaltung ("Dashboard") - Registrierung, Produkte/Kassierer/Drucker... konfigurieren
Bevor Sie sich in der App einloggen können, ist eine Registrierung unter
dashboard.smarte-kasse.at
notwendig.

Die App lässt sich dann mit hochwertigen Epson Bon-Druckern verbinden, somit ist Drucken auch unterwegs kein Problem. Mobile Drucker im 2-Zoll Format können z.B. dezent am Gürtel befestigt werden, optional mit spritzwasserfestem Softcase. Die Akkulaufzeit beträgt laut Hersteller 2 Arbeitstage.
Alternativ können auch elektronische (pdf) Belege erstellt werden - für kleine Unternehmen mit wenigen Belegen ist dies die optimale Variante, den neuen Anforderungen komplett ohne Anschaffungskosten gerecht zu werden.

Die App kann nach Installation unverbindlich getestet werden; bei Umstellung auf Echtbetrieb kann monatlich gekündigt werden.

Smart Checkout consists of 2 parts

Before you can log in to the app, registration is under

The app can then connect with quality Epson Receipt printers, thereby printing is on the move no problem. Mobile Printer in 2-inch format can e.g. be attached unobtrusively on belt with optional spray-proof soft case. The battery life of the manufacturer 2 working days.
Alternatively, electronic (pdf) can be created documents - for small businesses with few documents, this is the optimal alternative to completely meet the new requirements without cost.

The App can be tested without obligation to install; when switching to real mode may be terminated monthly.
