Diverse Unternehmer haben diese Nische zwar erkannt und in verschiedensten Formen einen Bioladen oder Bioshop eröffnet, doch der Durchbruch läßt noch immer auf sich warten. Vereinzelte Produktschienen von Supermärkten werden in den Augen des bewußten Kunden zwar “wahrgenommen”, aber die dazugehörige BIO- Kompetenz, ein Bioladen zu sein, wird von den Bio Freaks an den Durchschnitts- Supermarkt nicht vergeben.
