Really great app, shows time of arrival with timer. Remembers your Vorteilscard and even the mail textbox is formatted for mail adresses. The only thing I could think of an improvement would be an alarm if you have to change trains. Great app!

No idea why the app has such negative reviews, it works how it should. Buying tickets is pretty easy and convenient.

not working properly

I am writing through the app to get help while on the Prague to Vienna train and I'm not getting a response.

I expected it to open OBB files.

Basically I'm very happy with your newest application. It offers a lot of cool features which are really useful. Nevertheless, I have one feature request: Could you please add a fragment to the detail view of a ticket which shows me the sections of the train? I saw it somewhere on the web but can't find it anymore.

Dickes Minus weil es keine PayPal Bezahloption gibt. Auch, dass die Tickets ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit gelten, ist schlicht unpraktisch.

The route overview is good. The real time updates about delays are great. Automatic application of discounts is great. Favourites and saving of payment details work flawlessly. On the negative side the ticket can't be shown when you are offline which is embarrasing if the conductor checks you inside a tunnel. And the backbutton does not work reliably in Android.

Thank you for updating this app with English. Last time I was here, I couldn't use it. Now it is easy for a dumb American to travel with OBB.

Genervt. Alle 2 Wochen gibt es ein Update, und wenn man dieses nicht installiert kann man die App nicht verwenden. Wenn ich sie verwende habe ich aber keine Zeit mit dem langsamen Internet upzudaten, da ich ja zum Zug renne und ein Ticket brauche! Der Updatezwang verzögert einfach den Kauf und verbraucht mein Datenvolumen.

The app doesn't allow some features. Also, the customer support is extremely poor, ir-relevant responses etc. I'll refrain from travelling in OBB trains.

Bei manchen Zügen ist erste Klasse standardmäßig ausgewählt und lässt sich nicht entfernen. Habe die app lange und zufrieden genutzt, aber jetzt heißt es erst recht wieder zum Automaten gehen

Sometimes the App crashes. It also happens that it lloses the connection to your account - bad if you are in a hurry...

Perfekt, es fehlt nur noch die Möglichkeit, bei der Reservierung einen Sitzplatz auswählen zu können

Langsam. Übernehmen von Routen aus Scotty ist ein einziger Bug. Viele Fehlermeldungen. Stornierung klappt oft nicht. Reservieren und buchen wird mit kryptischen Fehlermeldungen abgebrochen. Diese App ist maximal in der Beta. Würde die Westbahn meine Strecke bedienen, wäre die App ein Grund umzusteigen (und das nicht nur für mich).

Must have been an update I can no longer add my discounts from having a Vorteils card. Caused me to miss a train thanks to the removal of this feature. Uninstalled and useless to me now.

Wenn man bis zur zahlungsart kommt, kommt spätestens dort beim auswählen die erste fehlermeldung.. wenn man die idee hat ein ticket direkt auf Der Homepage zu kaufen, dann wird der Browser nicht unterstützt ... Also die Fehlerneldung war legendär.. sämmtliche flüge / hotels / busse kann ich buchen aber bei Der öbb komm ich nicht mal auf die homepage

Man kann keine Tickets kaufen da die App ständig mit einem Fehler abbricht.

so you are in another country and want to buy a ticket on your low data plan? well, guess what: there is an update for the app and you cant use it anymore until you download the whole thing. which app does that? becoming unusable until you update it?

It crashes all the time. The most annoying when you wanna buy a ticket,it books the money from your bank account but you never get the ticket because some internal error...The refund of the amount of the ticket of course has never arrived.. Better to go&buy the ticket in the office than use this meaningless app.

Way too many steps to buy a ticket. Doesn't save previous settings. Frequently crashes or hangs.

Real-time und Verspätung? Haha, da eilt man zum Zug um rechtzeitig am Bahnsteig zu sein, und die App zeigt erst bei erneutem Aufruf der Verbindung die Zugverspätung an :-(

Es werden Zugverbindungen vorgeschlagen, für die danach ein Ticket gebucht und bezahlt werden kann. Im konkreten Fall gibt es diese Verbindung so auch im nächsten Monat nicht und ist dem Personal bekannt.

Tolle app - kaufe damit alle meine ÖBB Tickets. Wäre 5 Sterne, wenn es Verbindungssuche ab aktuellem Standort mittels GPS hätte. So muss ich dafür immer noch Scotty verwenden, was sehr umständlich ist.

Even if it works, the ticket takes minutes to load even with 4G. Most of the time it crashes with some generic error. You can not save a ticket directly to your phone. Basically it does noting you'd expect from a ticketing app.

Rubbish

Pretty good except it seems like some people at öbb don't know what to do with the qr code (especially bus drivers)... Also has a little bug with payment where you get a blank page after paying. And it's really idiotic that PayPal isn't a possible paying method.

Funktioniert mittlerweile sehr gut, v.a. die Funktion bestimmte Routen zu den Favoriten hinzufügen zu können gefällt mir. Schön wäre noch ein Art Verlauf, also eine Liste mit den zuletzt eingegebenen Verbindungen. Design ist sehr ansprechend. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag; Paypal als Zahlungsmethode wäre noch nett.
