Die FinanzMobile App bringt eine Auswahl von zentralen FinanzOnline-Funktionen auf Ihr Android Smartphone oder Tablet. Die App kann derzeit nur von Unternehmen genutzt werden, da der für den Zugriff auf Finanz-Online erforderliche Finanz-Online Webservice-Benutzer aktuell nur für Unternehmen zur Verfügung steht.

Kurzübersicht über die Hauptfunktionen von FinanzMobile pro

>> Erklärungen

Über diesen Bereich können aktuell die folgenden Erklärungen direkt am mobilen Gerät (Tablet oder Smartphone) erstellt und per Datenstrom an FinanzOnline übertragen werden:

-> EUST: EU-Quellensteuer
-> KommSt1: Kommunalsteuererklärung für das Kalenderjahr
-> KommSt2: Kommunalsteuererklärung bei Schließung der Betriebstätte
-> Rückzahlung: Antrag auf Rückzahlung bzw. an andere Behörden zu erfolgende Überrechnung

>> VIES (VAT Information Exchange System)

Bei VIES handelt es sich um das MwSt-Nummer Validierungsservice der Europäischen Kommission.
Über diese Funktion können Steuernummern von in der EU ansässigen Unternehmen online geprüft werden.
Die Voraussetzung, dass der Übermittler u.a. FinanzOnline Teilnehmer sein muss (siehe FinanzOnline UID-Abfrage-Service) entfällt.

Über diese Funktion können Steuernummern von in der EU ansässigen Unternehmen online geprüft werden. Das Prüfergebnis ist sofort ersichtlich und wird zusätzlich über die FinanzOnline-Databox bereitgestellt.
Für die Nutzung muss der Übermittler u.a. FinanzOnline Teilnehmer sein.
