Official app is not usable atm and this works just fine

Needs a easy way to mention people in the chat and a easy way to use Emotes also I would like to Cast the streams on my TV

Would give 5 stars but can't watch vods of offline streams will change to 5 stars once i can.

It doesnt cut the audio stream when exiting a stream and i have to force stop the app, the chat wont load either when it happens

very minimal feature set. no source quality option. official Twitch app is better and not even 3MB larger.

Great app, one new feature it would really benefit from is a setting to play on WiFi only, got my allowance burned a few times when forgetting to switch WiFi back on at home.

Love the ability to skip ads and quickly load streams, but I wish it had more chat functionality (emoticon list, mentions, maybe even BTTV/Frankerz support).

Why there is no 1080p quality option? This is huge flaw

I want to be able to use a higher resolution for streams. It only shows 720p as an option.

It's a great app that is way better then twitch itself but it doesn't let you search a channel once the person is offline and that you could only watch it when it is out.

cant select quality options. dont see controls. is missing a feedback button you cant preset to start in a game by default performance is good

With twitch's recent ui disaster this is the best streaming option.

Great for just watching streams and chatting. Sometimes stream just stops until you reload the stream.

Much better than the official twitch app, would give it 5 stars if you could connect to a Google Chromecast

For the past two days it has stoped working on all my devises never had any problems before what happened...EDIT... Working again . Thank you.EDIT. AGAIN ..great app works well . However the past few days on android 4.2.2 not working . I use my older tablet quite often , please look into it to fix it. Thank You..ps its a great app.

Fixed the resolution problem, I can change it except on fixed broadcast. I like Twitch but it takes up too much space, this is PERFECT!!!

Not all the resolutions show up all the time sometimes you only get the source option wish most tines is 720p at 60fps wish my phone doesn't support 60fps a hot fix would be great I normally watch streams at 360p wish doesn't always so up either I don't really care about resolution but when your phone doesn't support it/them it really gets annoying again a hot fix would be really appreciated.

This is totally brilliant! I can easily watch steams smooth and easy. Though, it has a few downsides, I don't even mind them.

The recommended tab is failing to load stream list. You'll have to manually search for streams if you want to view new streams. Edit: thanks for the fix. It's great again!

Simply does not work. Search terms are inactive. Even after loading your account it doesn't access anything. An intrusive waste of time

Sometimes missing video options (1080p), no description of the game being played in followed lists, and occasionally the stream will just stop playing for no reason. But a nice touch not asking for permissions an app like this doesn't need. If it wasn't for the streams randomly pausing it'd be a bit better than the official app for removing the obnoxious ads despite its other problems.

Minimalistic, no ads and no account needed The only issue that I have is that the video won't go into full screen.. there will always be black borders to the right-hand side and to the top of the screen which is quite annoying. Huawei Ascend P7

Searching for streams brings up very few results. This twitch player can view streams, but not previous streams from any channels, only streams that are happening in realtime, from what it appears, which sucks. These 2 things about the app is what repulses me from using this more.

This app is extremely quick. Compared to the regular Twitch app, I can open the app and get to a desired stream way faster. The downside to this app is that it doesn't allow you to view people's channels or VODs. So, if you search for someone that's offline, their channel won't appear. The chat doesn't recognize a lot of emotes either, so just the text appears in their place. But if you're looking to watch streams fast and easily, this is the app for you.
