xkcd.com and all comics are owned by Randall Munroe.
The best xkcd reader I've found yet. You can swipe to go to next / prev comic. Tap for title text. Very intuitive and clean design. I love it.
Might actually be the most ergonomic xkcd viewer out there.
It could cache for offline reading.
Wish i could still use offline
Simple viewer for a great comic.
Excellent App
Gina Trapani of All About Android on TWiToffered this up for the Arena. I missed the Alt Text, now it is HERE! Thanks so much. I have wasted so much time on the web, this just makes my time wasting more portable.
Finally, I can read the *xkcd* on my Android without much effort. including its tooltips. The only problem I found is that the intriguing episode 1110 ("Click and Drag") doesn't work.
Easy to use and clean interface. Very nice. Does have ads though, so if that sort of thing bothers you, here's you're heads up... But they aren't a bother.
Love it, absolutely love it
Gina tripani of the twit show all about Android recommended this app on episode 99! It's a beautiful app! Love it!
Thanks very much! Even has the 'explain me this' on the extras. Brilliant!
Simple and modern design. Just in harmony with my Gnex running Jelly Bean
Good and they quickly fix any problems
Ths is laid out perfect for tablets
Clean, simple and really nice design. Many other xkcd viewers are using an old design, but this feels modern.
Yes. Simple n fun
Ad's enabled by default = immediate uninstall.
I was about to make my own XKCD app because I don't like all of the popular ones. Then I found this one. Does everything I was going to implement. Great job.
Does exactly what it should and no more!
Just occasionally, like today, my Droid would not load the cartoon, just sticks on the heart. Still handy though.
Great app my only comment is the shake for random enabled by default. First time was like: WTF!? Until i found out and disable it
Share button just shares the image. Not the link, meaning no alt-text jokes. Fix this and I'll give you 5 stars!
A clean and current looking ui to display one of the best web comics around. Good job, I was getting tired of using gingerbread style viewers.
Does what it says and does it well.
Doesn't always load well :(
Love this app! It makes viewing xkcd easy on my S3.
Resolution drops on zoom in. Hard to read the longer comics.
Fun everywhere
It's simple, and nice. It's better than the previous versions. It sends notifications on time, even when the comic isn't actually out yet. There's also still the capitalization problem in the settings view. You really should check the Android quality guidelines.
Taping on the daily notification this app sends does nothing. Why is it there all? Otherwise, the app does indeed let you view xkcd comics.
I have been using this app for a while now and just today it started crashing on startup, the asp was fixed within just a few hours.
I wish the notification would clear when I click on it.
Real easy to use. Major gripe though: it often hangs for a minute or more before getting the pic - even on small images. To compare, the browser takes 3 seconds.
Works great! Only reason I don't five 5 stars is that when I click the notification to see the new comic, the notification itself doesn't go away. Otherwise, perfect.
Really elegant, but is it legal to make money (via advertising) from XKCD's work?
I hope this is just a bug, but when I opened the app today, it is redirecting (after the comic shows for about 3 seconds) to spam/popup-like websites. Not cool. Please fix! Edit: The problem seemed to resolve itself later in the day. I suspect that the sites that I was being redirected to were the sites that you go to when tapping the ad at the bottom of the screen.
Brilliant app, only one that shares correctly to Google+. Only needs one small feature to be perfect, a random button. Please add that and I will be completely happy.
Notifies when a new comic is available, shows the alt text and has a link to the "explain xkcd" wiki.

I've tried others but this one is simpler and I love that it notifies me when a new comic is posted. Get it now!
