SwiP - ProfileSwitcher [Beta] for Android
Needs on/off toggles for profiles. Also need separate settings for notifications and systems sounds. Location not working on S5.
Very minimal options, for this day and age... This is very bad.
It's very handy, somehow profile did not switch automatically from night to default. During night I have set it up as Wi-Fi / data off. Also Wi-Fi does gets off, but data never gets off. Using Android lollipop. Pls suggest?
I love it
Usefull .. but I like to do my things and setting by hands ..
I would definitely upvote and donate if I could trigger a URL from NFC (with or without browser UI). Also, want to donate by bitcoin, NXT etc
It will be great if this app is also having option to choose between 2 g and 3g. Second is to enable / disable sync should also be there.
I was using several other apps before this to automatically change bt, wifi and ringer profiles but they were still lacking something. Then I found this app and it's exactly what I need! Simple but does exactly what I want! Nice job!
I prefer open source apps. This does almost everything I need with the exception of timers within scheduled profiles and a data sync switch
Plenty of options, simple setting, but currently not working correctly (wifi keeps turning on, data also) on Sony Xp M, CM12 (Android 5.0.2).
5 stars for open-source! works well.

It would be useful for me if I could turn LTE on and off. The rest is great!
Great job! I've set up a few profiles with everything else working including the schedule. But it is not able to turn on/off the data plan.. even installing as system app is not working. I'm using rooted android L on N5.
Doesn't seem to save location and time. Every time I save. It says ignored. Can do anything with it. Uninstalled
FortyTwoBits: I mean the icons that we can change. Eg: HOME icon for HOME PROFILE... Now I have to use Tasker to built an Auto Profile for myself. It's not too difficult... :)
The problem with location trigger is that the app triggers the profile only if I launch the app myself. It doesn't seem to fire up on its own. Otherwise the location trigger seems fine. Another feature that could be added in a future release: changing the profile as I exit a location, instead of entering it. Another thing that lacks description is the priority levels. It doesn't say whether 0 or 99 is the highest priority. Otherwise the app is fantastic, even in the beta stage.
You could add an address search option for location triggers.
I don't know why, when I'm setting a trigger, it won't let me select a location radius.. I select and select OK and it still says location ignored.. Fix this or tell me the solution and I will change my rating. Regards. (Nexus 5 here Btw!)

Really looking forward for the option to select weekdays to trigger a profile!
Great idea but... Only by reading other reviews did I learn about the long press on the map to set the geo fence, which still showed as not set when saved. Somebody knows how this works. Maybe that person could write a brief tutorial on how to setup some basic settings. Allowing users to add their own findings to this would be very helpful (wiki, forum? ). I hope to see further development on this app.
The indie alternative to llama!
Love it!
Just downloaded the app. Trying to set up the triggers and the location triggers will not work on my S3. Just shows location ignored. Not gonna uninstall and gonna keep using as it. I love Beta testing apps. Will rerate after more use. Would be cool if you could link triggers to calendar appointments not everyone works at the same time or in the same place everyday it would be very useful.
I've been searching for the perfect SIMPLE location/time-based profile switcher for things like ringer volume, wifi and screen brightness. This *almost* fits the bill. The one thing I need in an app like this is a whitelist feature for SMS/phone calls (for when wife or daughter's daycare contacts me). A bonus would be the ability to run *any* app at a given trigger.
Ok you get 5
Awesome app, try please adding an options for the time trigger for weekends too, or an option to create triggers for Saturdays', Sundays'
I can also confirm, the location ignored issue is present on the Nexus 4. Not sure whether the geofences are active in spite of it on the N4, unlike the S3 mentioned below. thanks,
I love it but i hope to get for airplane mode too
Decent and simple. Was disappointed about End time of Trigger. After End time, I expect it to switch back to default mode but it doesn't ;Just remains in that profile
I have a Home profile triggered by location. It is supposed to turn on wifi and off mobile data. The location trigger works fine, wifi comes on but mobile data stays on too. Why is not going off?
The bug causing force stop has been removed. Thanks a lot! The app is again back to being awesome
Awesome idea but the location trigger does not work 100% for me, occssionally the profile never changes when in the geo fenced location unless front end application for SWIP open. Sometimes gets location wrong and switches between default and triggered item and back frequently. Unfortunately override does not persist and it switches back on manual selection please set priority high and allow user to choose time to switch back on auto. Will persist with application in the hope of some updates.
Its not perfect yet, but it achieved my expectations with a few workarounds. The forthcoming tutorial and app updates will improve the experience for users.
SwiP is simple and just nice. I will give full star when there is backup restore function. Keep up dev!
No fuss, no muss, it works .Requires some thought. Helps manage Moto G get more battery between charges. While beta, it simply gets the job done. Back and forth toggling issues on boot and device wake. Thanks 42bits.
I set a trigger with priority 0 and everything ignored. But it always takes over the other triggers with high priority such as home or work.
Need to add NFC as a trigger
