Shift Scheduler

Create shift templates and assign them to days in a calendar view. Following features are currently supported by Shift Schedule:
* Create shift templates with color code, short name and desired work times
* Assign shift templates to calendar days
* Create an calendar entry for each assigned shift (optional)
* Recording of actual work times
* List of bookings for custom date range
* Calculation of difference between desired and actual work times
* Export of bookings to CSV file
