Andere Anwender können genötigt werden ihr Passwort zu ändern, indem jemand eine bekannte E-Mailadresse beim Login eingeträgt und danach auf "Passwort vergessen" drückt. Daraufhin erhält der Benutzer ungefragt ein neues Passwort. WTF?!

Hab eine Kundennummer und Aktivierungscode. Muss aber trotzdem über die Mobile Website mich registrieren und alle Daten eingeben, die ich schon bei der Clubanmeldung angegeben habe. Ziemlich User unfreundlich.

Works and save me from carrying my card all the time. Only 3 stars because I read others reviews here and MANY seems to be English speaking, when one of them ask for options in settings for English language the answer was NO because this is Austria. So Billa don't welcome foreigners or? should we shop somewhere else? Maybe we should go to Spar or Lidl where I know we are all welcome :-) If he just had said no because of technical reason for example. I too want this app in English version

Echt echt echt irritant!!! Gerade heute wurde ich aus dem eingeloggten Profil einfach so rausgeschmissen und konnte mich nicht wieder einloggen. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal! Umso schlimmer, passiert das immer gerade in der Schlange vor der Kassa. Erstens, hatte ich so kein Recht auf Vorteilsclub-Aktionen und musste den vollen Preis bezahlen, und zweitens, habe ich jetzt fast 35 Euro Rabattsammlerpunkte verloren. Also, ich bin echt enttäuscht. Die app schaut hübsch aus, aber das wärs schon.

Seit dem letzten Update (neue Optik) hab ich immer wieder das Problem, dass ich bei schlechter oder fehlender Online Verbindung ausgeloggt werde und dann, nach mühevollem Einloggen erst wieder nur ein 'Fehler beim Laden' erhalte. Sehr ärgerlich und somit quasi unbrauchbar!

Sucks that there's no way to have the app on English. Can't make sense of anything and hence can't really use the app at all. It'd be great if the developers would consider the fact that though not as many as German speakers, there definitely is a growing population of non German speaking students and professionals in Austria, specially in Vienna and other hubs! Sort of unfair to ignore these folks, IMO.
