Wir haben ein Tag früher ein Taxi gebucht. Als es nach 10 Minuten nicht kamm habe ich angerufen und ganz frech wurde mir gesagt, dass uns keiner mitnehmen möchte und wurde gefragt ob wir nicht in der Nähe Bekannte hätten, die uns fahren könnten... Bin sehr unzufrieden und habe zum Glück eine andere Firma erreicht und den Flug nicht verpasst!

I have a US phone and use WLan in hotels etc to order and confirm payment for the taxi. But I could not pay because you need to confirm again in the taxi. Why can the app not just be as easy as Uber? Luckily I had euros in cash on me but it really makes no sense. Good idea but too complicated. Developers: please check out the uber app.

I used the App in Berlin for an early morning flight the next day, while rainy, for 2 people, 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons. The sign up and order process was easy and allowed for more info. However, it works just like the phone call in that no confirmation comes until right before cab comes ... Which would be better if it comes right when the job is assigned (which would be better if assigned shortly after request goes through). That would make the App far more useful than others (Apps/phoning).

We booked a taxi from our hotel to airport. They said it'd take 5-10min. I downloaded the app and after 20min it said a taxi would arrive in 4min. I called up to see why it was taking longer than expected. They said a taxi wasnt going to come and they could send another one. I said we might miss our flight. They said that "wasn't their problem". I asked them to hold on a sec while I asked my partner what we should do and they hung up on me.

Habe Taxi in Berlin über diese App bestellt und 1.5 Euro für bargeldlose Bezahlung entrichtet (archaische gesetzliche Empfehlung des Berliner Senats)! Meine Empfehlung, meidet diese App und fahrt mit einem Taxi, das internationale bargeldlose Zahlungmethoden selbstredend ohne Zusatzgebühr anbietet (wie anderswo in der Welt). Solange Taxi Berlin seine Taxis nicht auswählt, haben Gäste, die internationale Standarte gewohnt sind, halt Pech gehabt!
